room size was good

as compared to price the breakfast food was not good, very limited options, and not so good

I was not happy with...

The facility was more like a motel than a hotel. There was limited support to checkin which was done on a self check in basis. I arrived late at night in the rain and it was extremely difficult and uncomfortable to find out how to check in.

The room was very clean and comfortable, big and comfy. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was really nice. I liked the whole vibe of the neighborhood. We liked our stay. Metro is near.

The noise of the traffic is really loud and it bothered us during the night. They gave us earplugs, but unfortunately I can't wear them. The staff was really nice, but when we arrived they didn't give us any information about what services they offer. It was like they didn't want to sell their services.We missed this. Also we had only one key for the room and when my husband went out alone we had only two options or I remained in the room without lights or he went out without the key. Also they didn't leave any phone number for emergencies that we could contact.

The renovation and paving of the gravel road were not what you expect when you go on holiday. Dusty entrance road is like you are in a remote village.Entrance was shared with private apartments.The reception and restaurant close way too early.

A hotel but not as you might expect it, with the rooms being 20 metres away from the reception and breakfast area as part of the residential apartments - that said we didn't see the residents, but all of the Zurich residential areas seems quiet. Fairly easy to get to, two stops on the train from Zurich centre and then 2 tram stops or a 15 minute walk. Much cheaper than the hotel accommodation in the middle of Zurich, but then cheap and Zurich are not two words you tend to find in the same sentence.

Not much in the immediate area for food.

Thought it was not in the city, it didn't take long to travel to the city. Clean, comfortable

No AC. Close to the main road. Instead of sofa, there was a chair.

Good room, frequently cleaned.

Pretty lousy wifi connection. We complained twice, and they responded quickly, but there was still a bad or unstable wifi connection throughout. We were on the 6th floor, and I'm not sure if this was the reason. This was a business trip; hence, Wi-Fi was essential, and it made it bad.

Courteous Staff. Good Location, a minute walk from Tram Station and a good view from room balcony. Spacious and Clean Room. Basic amenities were available. Good breakfast.

Lovely and warm staff! Room very clean and breakfasts delicious. Easy to get in ans out of Zurich centre and wonderful value. Hugely recommended!

The location is in a very busy build up area, tuvked awdy between motorways. Arriving during rush hour time meant adding 90min to the journey. Parking is very limited and the dedicated spaces are not easy to find in the dark.

Beautiful aesthetics, very comfortable bed and bathroom and spacious room. Very courteous and kind staff who took care of our late check in needs. Walking distance to tram station. I wish we had longer time here.

Nothing to note !

Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station.Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful.The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe. The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.

There was nothing I didn't like.
