The staff was amazing! Sorry I didn't get names, but all 4 ladies we interacted with were phenomenal! They kindly handled every concern we had. (They even helped with an issue we had not related to the hotel.) Everything was excellent! Highly recommend!

The restaurant is fantastic. Nice rooms and everything ok. Responsive 24/7 reception.

Great personnel, restaurant/breakfast and value for money. Ideal if you want to be close to "The Hall".

The bed/pillows were too soft for my taste.

The evening meal was really good, and there was more healthy options than you often get in hotel restaurants. The olive rolls at breakfast were a delight. Having a couple of British channels on the TV was a good addition.

The room was a bit smaller than I was expecting and felt a little like my room at my halls at University in the 80's. The bed was ok, a bigger duvet would have been appreciated. The breakfast was pretty standard.

Breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and equipped with a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and provided with hand wash and body wash. Towels were changed daily, and the cleaner cleaned the room every day and made the bed. A mini fridge was provided with items you could purchase, such as chocolates and drinks. Cable TV was available and came with a remote. There was also a chair and table suitable for working, along with a small tea table and a couch.

There was no microwave or kettle, and the space was quite compact. The mattress was too soft, and one side felt worn out/sunken.

The hotel was located in a convenient location, with S-bahn it's only one stop to Stadelhofen and 2 stops to the Zurich HB. The room was very clean and I got everything I need, bed was comfortable and all the facilities works perfect. I stayed during Christmas, the staff left a handwriting card wishing me merry Christmas and it was sooo cute! I also got some candies/chocolates and nutes to celebrate Christmas.

Had to wait for checkin as self checking didn’t like my booking but then all went fine with receptionist.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was quite good also.

Our bed was not so comfy, we rolled towards the middle as the nights went on. We were surprised to be charged city tax as we checked out. Normally that would be paid when booking through booking.com

Breakfast was great, the bed is extremely comfortable and the quality of the shower products was great as well.

The location and overall facilities are good, but avoid the rooms in the basement. A Nespresso coffee machine is available in the room and in the lobby, 24 hours a day, along with fruit and snacks. Staff are available to help. Very easy to reach from the Airport and the Main Zurich Station.

My room was in the basement. I did not notice this when booking because it was only mentioned in the detailed description of the room. I suggest making this clearer on the main page since this is definitely a major drawback. In fact, there is a "fake" window in the room, which is a 50 cm deep opening, facing an interior wall, with air drawn in from a grid on top, where cars were parked. You definitely feel trapped in the basement. On the first night, the staff kindly found a different room for me. On the second night, the hotel was fully booked, and I had to move to a different hotel, paying for a new room in addition to this one.

Nice and clean, staff were good .Restaurant was good and nice food There was a play area for kids which was very useful for us.Beds were comfortable and apparent option to customise your pillows is a nice touch however we didn't try.Free parking as well in the grounds of the hotel.Breakfast being included was a nice added bonus as many hotels no longer do this.

It was potentially slightly expensive for what it was but you are near Zurich so it is expected.
