    Pros +

    • Room and location was fine, the breakfast was pretty poor, long waits for food to be replaced, broken toaster, no fresh eggs on one morning, over 15mins waiting on bacon to be served, food in general was only luke warm
    • The restaurant, food was amazing! The room, bed was comfortable and more than enough space for one person.
    • Noisy, at night. Hard bed and a bit dilapidated.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast wasn't great, the "Hot" breakfast was either only luke warm or cold
    • The elevator. Older and small but functional

Happr bright hotel right on the beach . Breakfast was adequate . Good u can boil your own eggs . Can eat inside or outside which is lovely . Room included sunloungers . Location good as close to promenade along the beach scarfs and a few shops .also walk to supermarket . Pool looked good . Evelyn on reception was wonderful.

Smell in kitchen cupboard area . ( wall next to toilet). WiFi intermittent in room but good in lobby . Not many shops that we could walk to . Out of the marina area I think it’s quite run down .

small room, outdated and @tired@ decor, mediocre facilities.

The location is ideal for walking and shopping. Beach is easily accessible. The staff was outstanding and friendly. Jose David helped me with several details that made my visit run smooth.

We loved the location and the layout of the pool and restaurant area with amazing views of the sea, and the friendly scale of this hotel The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied - our nine-year old son declared it the best ever And the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, really making our stay perfect.

Nothing - we loved everything about the hotel!

I loved our room that was just in front of the sea. It had also the opportunity to go outside inside a little garden with some deckchairs where you could enjoy the sun, the sea and also the stars. Also I liked the mini room dedicated to the coffe machine and the little refrigerator

Great location between Nice and Antibes. 15min from airport. Right next to lively beach. Great pool and restaurant on roof top. Only two stories high. Great feeling having buffet breakfast sat in outside rooftop restaurant looking at the blue sea and sky.

Good location and access to the beach and close to the little township with plenty of cafes, bakeries and a super market. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to assist us with storing our hire bikes.

While the bedroom was clean and tidy, the overall building was old and tired. There was a lot of construction going on right next to the hotel (it was work for the same complex) and this was not advised at the time of considering the property. The noise during the day affected our stay.

The staff here were brilliant and so helpful, it made all the difference to our stay. The location was great right on the seafront and parking was easily accessible.

The separate toilet in the room was very narrow and made it uncomfortable to use. There are building and renovation works underway at the hotel which we were not made aware of and put us off using the pool facility which was a major reason for booking the hotel. Hotel pictures on the web show the hotel to be far more superior than what it is.

    - Room was clean and comfortable - Staff were very polite and helpful- Pool was lovely

    - We weren't aware of building works prior to booking. Booking.com should be including this in the description - Building works meant that the hotel wasn't serving food throughout the day and had to turn the water off for a couple of hours - While building works are taking place the price should be discounted

The room was clean and good sizeThe staff was niceWe had an upgrade from street view to an other room on the ground floor with a small terrace

The breakfast was really not worth the amount I paid for it ... how hard can it be to have a nice breakfast in France

    8JorisPosted on: 5-12-2024

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet.

There isn't much to do or see in the neighbourhood. The bathrooms and toilets are quiet small. It's a small hotel.

    9JohnPosted on: 5-9-2024

The room was very clean and spacious. It was sited well within the hotel. We had the use of the car park next door free of charge and a fridge in the room and as a diabetic this was essential. We stayed at two other hotels in S of France which had no car park and no voucher system with a nearby car park and no fridge in the room so we reduced our rating from 9 to 3.

Nothing. Oh! Maybe the weather! It rained!!

    7WendyPosted on: 3-29-2024

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. Great coffee. Clean facilities.

We reserved a sea view room. Top floor. There was construction and a bldg in front of the balcony. You can still see the sea, but the pictures are misleading. The construction is VERY loud banging so no sleeping in. Not a secured bldg. anyone can walk in. They had the radiator on and the room was VERY hot. I asked if someone could turn it off and they said they’d send someone but he didn’t know how to turn it off. The aircon didn’t work either - probably bc it wasn’t the season yet. I think it was expensive for the room and the construction. They should warn people of the construction and roof top bar and pool area closed due to construction. The price does not reflect this so be warned.

Staff were fabulousFree parking right next door CleanView of the sea and the Alps

Pool wasn't heated (freezing but we swam in it anyway!)No vegetables (fresh or cooked) available at breakfast at all, so dissapointing for vegetarian or vegans. If you travel to Antibes by train, make sure you buy a ticket before boarding the train (we bought one when boarding the train and it cost €30 one way instead of €4.80, and they never told us, despite us asking if it was OK to buy tickets from them!!)Cranes / construction Beach wasn't greatDidn't eat in dinner at the hotel but noticed the prices seemed quite expensive

The drinks in the mini bar are no charge.

Noise from the staff at 7:00am.Skip breakfast in the hotel! The fruits was unfresh, mite all over the food.
