The staff were very friendly.

I booked a room with a double bed, but I wasn’t expecting two separate beds close together. This was extremely uncomfortable for my partner and I. Also, the bath towels had stains on them.

Easy location, clean...

The room was so small, beds were so narrow, not easy to access the pool and sea side. There was no towel provided at the pool.

Extremely overpriced

Run down, no towels in room, felt like an apartment complex, the breakfast was minimal and was a struggle to locate salt and a coffee cup.

Pool not open til 9am. Badly lit, cramped and mediocre breakfast area. Better to have breakfast elsewhere. Difficult to get in and out of property. There is a gate to beach area but no details of how to get in/out of it.

Tasty breakfast. The hotel has a parking lot. The room has air conditioning that works quietly. Hotel is located next to the beach (5min walk). There is a large shop opposite the hotel.

Hopeless and unpleasant hotel service. To leave or enter the hotel, you have to press the button at the gate. Unfortunately, employees are in no hurry to open. Because of this, I had to wait about 20 minutes to exit or enter each time, which I found outrageous.

Hotel is located in a nice mature park with a swimming pool and a direct excess to the beach. The whole area of the hotel is fenced, entrance is possible by magnetic key only, thus extra security. My room had a spacious terrace with a park view, I enjoyed it.

Beautiful room, small but modern and spotless. Staff were helpful, parking was great, WiFi was great, private access to the beach and pool and parking. Absolutely fabulous location, a supermarket acorss the road, marina a short walk away with an abundance of lovely eateries. All at a great price. 100 percent happy.

2 minutes walk to the seaside

Very bad breakfast. There are some croissants and some yogurts and thats all. 2 slices of ham and cheese. I dont think that this breakfasts costs 16€/person.

Location next to beach, supermarket and restaurants is very close.

The other guests. They took advantage of the hotel breakfast and filled their bags to have as lunch later, leaving some items depleted. The staff did however replace them when we requested. Just watching other guests behaviour that made others have to request that the buffet be topped was disappointing.

Close to Nice airport

Feels a bit like false advertising to me as it looked and felt nothing like the photos it's advertised with. Hotel looks and feels more like a motel and although the rooms have been renovated, the exterior and communal areas feel very old and tired

We enjoyed our stay at Bahia Hotel. Reading the other reviews helped manage our expectations, and understanding what a great value this property is for the area. I think this place is wonderful to stay for a family with a rental car. We did not have a rental car and while getting around by train is pretty easy on the French Riviera, this hotel is between stops and it was around an 18-minute walk to the nearest train stop. Not bad in the morning but when it's hot out and you've already walked all day, it was tiring. Otherwise, the location is great! There's a big store across the street and multiple restaurants within a 5-minute walk, all of which were good! There's also a coffee shop close by. We didn't have a great experience at the Hotels restaurant on the beach the food wasn't that great for the price and one of the servers tried to charge us for an extra entre and beer. The other server that corrected the mistake was very apologetic and gave me my money back but definitely check your receipt. One of the best parts of this hotel is the proximity to the beach and the pool! We loved being right by the beach and the pool was nice and there's even a kiddie pool which our 1.5 year old loved! The hotel didn't allow us to check in early but they did let us use the pool and held our bags for us which was nice. I'm not sure why other reviews complained about the rooms so much, the room wasn't large by any means but it wasn't small either, the hotel provided a travel cot for our toddler, and we still felt we had adequate room. I knew from the other reviews that the "courtyard" view was just an overgrown area in the middle which didn't bother me, we typically only sleep in our hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, more than other places we've stayed in Europe; it had a mini fridge which isn't common and nice to have with little ones.

Good and bad is all included above. I would just avoid the hotels beach restaurant and make sure you have a rental car.

Clean nice location

Breakfast was an extra 15euro and not good selections at all. When I arrived gentleman at reception very nice tho. I had asked for late check out for the next morning at 1pm due to a late flight at airport out and which it was approved at arrival of hotel the day before and online but then in the morning their was a different older woman at reception who was rude and would not let me stay past checkout because I feel when she realized I was an American I did not feel welcome.
