The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. Also it has good soundproofing so it was quite during the night

The room is extra small and tight

Low Price Breakfast buffet at 5,9€ is a good deal

Noisy especially between rooms Or between common WC. And rooms you can hear the water flushing after each WC use Room Windows lower than parking level Exhaust of cars are directly at window level making window’s opening impossible

Security of the door, private bathroom

It was a small room, not so well cleaned no cabinet only a table about 20 by 50 cm only one chair no water heater no refrigerator

An excellent small hotel that met our expectations in terms of location, comfort of accommodation.It was quiet in every part of the day and night, which surprised us a lot considering that the hotel was full of guests.Beds were comfortable.AC and WiFi were excellent. Enough comfort in the bathroom, even though it is small.All in all, we would visit hotelF1 Villeneuve Loubet again!

Clean and reachable place.

There is no ventilation in the room. Humidity was so high that the clothes were wet in the morning. The window had like rain drops inside.

The fire alarm rang in the morning and we got no explanation or apologizes from the staff. We had to change room also because the door would close, also no apologize or compensation. Otherwise, you get what you pay for.

This hotel is offering great cost/value. It is super convenient if you want to move out from city jam but still be close enough to go to city center attractions.

They have a bit of a problem with communication, very slow answers or even no answer on messages.

Good location and clean. Had private parking.

The bedroom and bathroom were very small. (We stayed in a cabin room as this is the only option with private bathroom).

The bathrooms were terrible. Could not shower without getting my belongings wet and the bathrooms were yucky.

The breakfast was just about edible but there was nothing Gluten free.

There was nobody at reception for 10 minutes, just a phone. The hotel demanded credit card details because Booking.com hadn't passed these over. The hotel was gross, the bathroom (extra charge) actually made us feel sick because of the smell of sewage. Couldn't use the bathroom as coudn't close the door because of the stench. Window blind (ground floor room) was broken and a towel had to be placed over the window. Aircon was very loud but didn't cool the room. The pillows were old and flat. Reception was not there and nobody came when called. This was the smallest room I've ever stayed in, perhaps 6 feet x 7 feet without the tiny private bathroom. If you wanted to know how cattle feel during transportation stay here, otherwise avoid at all costs.

Well located fairly close to the beach and also a supermarket. Plenty of free parking spaces. Room had air conditioning which was good as it was very hot.

Nothing, for the price everything was OK.

Location was brilliant, easy walking distance to beach, station, shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was good.

Room smelt a little, but was clean.

Hostel was as expected for budget travel. Room was clean and with ac.

While checking in the computer broke, so we had to wait like 20 min.

Shared bathroom facilities outside the room. Noisy guests in corridors and other rooms.Air conditioning unit in one of our rooms was broken and therefore very hot in the room

Easy check-in/checkout process, locked storage for luggage, always free toilets and showers available, good WiFi and air conditioning worked fine. Schampoo/soap included in showers. We booked the cheapest room (Break with 3 beds) and it worked very well. Coffee machine at 1.5 Euro 24/7, and local bakery Paul nearby between hotel and bus/train station. Bus and train station is a short walk away. Pebble stone beach nearby. Microwave available if you want to heat food.

Hand sanitizer never refilled in the toilets, it would be nice to clean hands after a toilet visit. It was constantly out in all toilets during our 3 nights stay do it seems like intentional cost saving. No towels included is an annoyance but clearly advertised.

Plus secure car park. Took train to Tour de France in Nice. Hotel was perfect and location also. Thanks.
