Hotel is old, there is no staff to guide.There was single large bed in place of double bed.

Room was quite Ok for the hotel category; and I got the balcony I asked for. Good bathroom. Good parking. Very nice staff.

Check-in was super easy. The room was very clean. Easy to find and not far from Nice.

Spacious bedroom.

Bed sheets smelled like cigarettes.Unconformable beds, one was broken.

Lovely host, great welcome, ideal location

People are allowed to smoke right outside the front door and immediately above my room (80). This causes noise late into the night, I suggest providing a smoking area away from the rooms somewhere else.

Free parking, clean rooms, good location

Has parking and is located in a quiet neighborhood .It is easy to self check in and check out.

There is no ice machine in the hitel and fridge in the room :(

There's nothing positive about this place, only free parking.

From outide ok, from inside you can feel that everything is been used for long time, paint is coming off, shower is leaking, air conditioning is very loud and very dirty, controller is hanging on the wires, beds are so so. Price for this is way off, look for other place if there is such option.

The hotel is in a nice area. Close to Antibes and multiple train stations so you can go to Cannes or Nice. The bed comfortable and has AC.

It’s not value for money. We’ve stayed in many B&B Hotels. This one needs a good refurbishment. It’s quite smelly in the hallways. Shower very dated and small.

Near Antibes, Cannes & Nice! Plenty of good space for free parking! Big Balcony! Clean, Big & comfortable room & toilet! Comfortable bedding! Super cold Aircon especially great for this super hot summer! Would have been great if we got the first floor because of the convenient balcony just right next to the carpark, easy for luggages, bags etc.

We were on the second floor facing the greeneries so our balcony was quite dirty.

Convenient to Nice airport for early morning flight. Has a/c.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. We awoke at 4am to find our bed crawling with bedbugs and left in a hurry for our own safety. We were bitten so severely that we had to go to the hospital to get shots. I contacted the hotel regarding the health and safety of their guests and they have ignored me and deleted my messages, with one response saying “we do not have bed bugs”. I took photos in the room and of the bugs and the bites but they will not acknowledge me. I paid €222 euros to be bitten and then ignored. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This is an absolutely bare bones basic hotel, but it's a good value for money, clean and does the job well. The room was really large, with a huge balcony. There was pretty much nothing in the room other than the basic furniture and bedding/towels, but it was good enough for me for a one-night stay during my travels up and down the coast. The parking was great, which was important to me. It's not very touristy, a lot of locals use it too like workmen, which is probably due to its location. I'd say it's closer to a Motel for the US standards, or something like a Holiday Inn.

It's on a busy road, but it had good windows and air conditioner, so the road was not a huge issue for me. I can only see it a bit of an issue if you want to spend time on the balcony, which is huge and very nice and had furniture to use.

the room was spacious, with a big window view.

the bathroom is very small. the rooms are very dirty. we had to ask a cleaning staff to vacuum the floor, but she was pissed and just did a quick sweep of the middle area and left. dust was still visible all over the room.

rooms were reasonably large, the food was very good, secure parking for a motorcycle group

poor communication between the hotel and booking.com meaning that changes to the booking were not captured. We therefore arrived to a) too many rooms and b) rooms in the wrong name. This meant that an early arriver had to wait for the organiser to arrive to unpick the issue before he was granted a room.

Easy to reach from the motorway, quiet neighbourhoud, excellent view of the town, ideal with dogs. Sufficient breakfast.

Check in was self service.

The room was not clean, there was a blood stain on the bed sheet. The bathroom was kind of disgusting.

Typical traveler hotel. It´s perfect for somebody who is on the way and needs to get some rest. The room is good for 1 night, the bed is comfy and everything is so designed that can be cleaned easy by the staff, because for sure they have a lot of 1 night stay.

Nothing special, for the price for 1 night you can not expect 5 star hotel services

Great position, easy hotel with good value for money. Fast check-in and uncomplicated in everything.

Cleanliness to be improved, bed not really comfy for my taste. Breakfast is very limited.
