Pros +
- Overall, my experience was good. My room was clean, the staff was professional too. The reception area is where you check in and out, eat breakfast and dinner inside the restaurant, go to the pool outside to take a swim or even relax and eat outside in the dining areas as well. I had dinner there one night and it was sooo good and fresh. I enjoyed it and was able to dine in peace! :)
- Comfortable hotel, out of the centre of town. Quite easy to find. Excellent staff - found us a table for dinner when we hadn't booked and they were full. Excellent dinner.
- Staff very friendly
Cons -
- In terms of aesthetics, I liked the way the outside of the facility looked better than the inside. When my Bolt first pulled up to the location, I was looking like what the hell and where are we going. But as I remained calm and observed, we traveled to the far back and there you can see the entrance of the Hotel. The location is off in the cut which looks a little sketchy and it through me off at first, but it was all good. Also, I didn’t like like that it was quite a maze trying to figure out which floor to get to so that you can check in to the hotel. I eventually figured it out! Lol Now, one thing I did forget a lot which was on me, was to make sure to put the “Do Not Disturb Sign” on the door at night if your going to sleep in because the cleaners will walk in your room in the morning every time lol. I did not like the shower set-up at all. Imagine you having to wash your ass in a way where you don’t splash the floor with water lol. I figured that out too! Lmao Also, I don’t like that they didn’t have an iron (my traveling one broke while there and stopped working). So, I had to be a little wrinkle at times lol. Last thing, the walls are paper thin and you can hear people coming in and out at night.
- Very strange layout. As you enter the hotel, you have to go down stairs to the reception although there is an elevator. Rooms where ok but could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Over all I wasn't impressed.
- The hotel has been left to run down outside of the bar and restaurant. The rooms were in poor condition decoration wise, no rubber strip on the shower screen so the bathroom floor was flooded. The window on the bathroom was sealed shut, there was a smell of drains coming from the sink and just generally tired.

The location, parking, the pool
Very expensive for what it offered, very basic room, poor light in the room and in the bathroom. You could hear everything from outside, in the night you could hear a lot of noise from some pumps.Very old and dirty AC
Breakfast was just ok.Some noiseGreat pool area
To expensive, breakfase should be a bit better
The receptionist who greeted us at the beginning was lovely.
There was a wedding the night we arrived and we weren’t informed. The bar and restaurant area were closed for the wedding, there was very loud and disruptive music. We have tried to communicate with the hotel but they don’t reply. Booking.com will also not help us with the stay. Wouldn’t recommend. Do not stay here.
Le restaurant est correct, le service impeccable, personnel sympathique
Only its location is nice
The room was not clean at all, full of insects and even when we asked to clean the room. They say they did but it wasn’t clean at all. They only make up the bed and put some towels. The breakfast is not good at all as well.
Breakfast, parking facilities & staff.
Too far from the beach.
The staffs were very friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast was ok.
The pool area was lovely.
Very small room, not an ideal location.
Staff were friendly and room clean
Would have liked Coffee making facilities in the room also a English Channel to watch on the TV
Great hotel, stayed in ground floor room, spacious, nice bathroom and great access to pool. Staff very friendly.
Not the easiest to get around if using public transport but can request ubers when required.
Location - not far from Antibes and Nice, easy to get to by car. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Good Wi-fi connection and speed. Functioning A.C. The bathroom was clean.
The room was small, had no windows, so it was pretty dark even during the day. Poor room service, they come around 9 in the morning and if you are not there they don't clean the room or change the towels. Spider webs all over the celling. We had problems with the shower, had low pressure and the pipes were doing a strange noise even in the night when no one used the shower. We asked for a room change and they couldn't offer us other alternatives.
Excellent location, swimming pool and nice premises. Very good breakfast and kindly staff.
The room was fairly big and furnished with a basic decoration.
The hotel was well priced for the area and the staff polite and helpful, but that's about all that we liked about it. We chose this because it was close to Nice airport with higher ratings than many of the other airport hotels (for a cheaper price), but were very disappointed.
Very dated rooms and hallways, uncomfortable beds and the table underneath the packet of guest materials was dirty and sticky. I think it's a good property that could use a lot of care. Pictures online emphasize the restaurant and the pool which look much nicer than the rooms.
Nice outside setting .
The rooms poorly decorated not very cosy and no kettle.
Lovely position on the hilltop overlooking the pool and the village
The location was good. So close to the Nice city. Also the swimming pool
Staff were not professional and respectful. Never gonna go there again just because of the staff. I asked for 30mins extra time for checkout and the receptionist gave it to me. But then another staff with the cleaner came to our room sooner than planned and even said I'm lying about the checkout time. It was so disrespectful in front of my girlfriend
