- The place was clean and the bed comfortable, we were on the highest(fourth) floor and it was generally a good and warm room.
Cons -
- air con "gurgled" during the night even when switched off
- For the people sensitive to noise, the room was close to a bridge were trains pass by(very close to the train station, so understandable), and every few minutes you could hear train noise inside the room, we were okay with it but if you’re sensitive, may keep you from a good nights sleep!
- Quite old building and facilities. Rooms not cozy.

Location to station
Small room and expensive
The property is 6-7 minutes from the city center.Although the room floor was old, the cleanliness was good. The room had air conditioning.
The floor covering was worn,There was no refrigerator,There was no kettle,The reading lights didn't work,The full-length mirror was in an awkward position behind the seat.
the room was nice.
There were a lot of noises coming from outside, from cars and trains, all night and morning. It was not quiet.
Very reasonable breakfast with offer of fried egg on request from very friendly and helpful staff. Quality and range was perfectly good - frankly slightly better than I expected.Room, especially bathroom, was small but entirely adequate for a solo traveller. Decor was a little tired but everywhere was clean. Slightly noisy but if you want a hotel near the rail station you must expect some rail noise - it wasn't intrusive and I could have shut the window. Several decent restaurants in the immediate vicinity (I recommend the Taj Mahal next door if you like a good curry spiced to your chosen taste or Block House if you prefer a steak)Staff were very good - friendly, approachable but still professional - probably the best aspect of the hotel.
Breakfast could start a little earlier for those who have early start (eg trains to catch, places to be etc)
Location close to the Hbf is a plus for business travellers. The accommodation are refurbished rooms in an apartment building. The interiors are basic, functional and clean - Good for a short stay.
The walls of the room are rather thin so you can hear your neighbours when they are a bit loud. Also, it seemed that the room was recently painted or refurbished as the smell of paint or some other solvent was strong. I was able to solve the smell issue by airing the room.
Small room . They just cleaned room. Did not changed dirty sheets. Price was unbelievable high if you compare with normal 1 star hotels. Breakfast was ok, but not Realy good.
Comfortable, good location, staff was generally very friendly.
We hadn’t paid for breakfast but the buffet was open until 11:00 and it was possible to get coffee and pay separately for it as we had on the day before. On the day that we were checking out at 10:00, we wanted to get coffee and one lady who was working told us that breakfast wasn’t served anymore it was until 9:30 and as i said that we only wanted coffee, she asked of we had paid for breakfast. As i was explaining that we would pay for it, she started talking as if that would be inconvenient for them. I found it rude seeing as she could have simply explained or given a reason for the reason why we wouldn’t be able to get coffee but she continued asking questions or making excuses with no solid reason as to not let us serve ourselves as we had on the day before.
The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice and clean. The location was not far from the train station. Our room was balcony with a chair to relax outside the room.
Elevator is very slowly but it's better than nothing.
Big room, clean, and comfortable
Area ,parking & bath
Staff were friendly and nice.
We used this hotel for a conference in November and it was very expensive for what it was. My room was like a prison cell and the bed was too small. I am only 5ft 10 and my feet were sticking over the edge. The room was cold, and the shower didn't work very well. There is no bar to meet clients at just a fridge in the lobby which closes at 9 and so I wanted to buy extra water for the room but I was unable too after the conference. Staff were friendly and attentive but we paid over £750 for 3 nights and it really was not worth the experience.
Good location, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Noisy due to the proximity to the railway. Dusty, mattress had hairs from previous guests.
We arrived late - schedule plus the train was running late. The management sent instructions to obtain the room key from a lock box by the front door. The room was clean. WiFi worked well. The staff spoke English and were helpful.
The fact that we had to use a lock box to get into the hotel was disconcerting. The desk closed at 9:00 pm and we were completely on our own to get in. The lobby and hallway were completely dark when we got in. I had to use my phone light to see my way around. The neighborhood is not safe to be out by yourself late at night. My wife was very uncomfortable throughout the whole ordeal. The room window was left open. The room was cold when we finally got in. The heater didn’t appear to work well. We spent a very chilly nite after we finally got settled. The shower stall is tiny. It was impossible to bend over and reach my feet for example.
The room is with large window overlooking the main streetThe sound of the car inside the room as if I was sleeping on the sidewalkI didn't complete my reservation just one day and I left the hotel
