The location, the bed was comfortable, dogs are allowed in both the room (15€ per night) and in the restaurant as well

Clean,quiet, modern/up to date room with super bathroom. With a view from terrace of room (with view) of the deer field. A family run busy complex. Happy, helpful and cheerful staff. English spoken at reception. Enough free carparking near to room. Easy access from motorways which can be heard in distance. Restaurant menu and food very good. Vegetarian options. Bed comfortable. Petrol station opposite.

Need to take own kettle and supplies for room. No free water in room.

Our large room with terrace was located towards the backside of the house and therefore very quiet. Bed was very comfy, we slept really well! The bathroom was modern style with all necessary equipment. And the breakfast was delicious!

There was no fridge and no water heater in the room, other than that everything was just perfect!

4th time I stayed at this hotel. Very happy with the hotel and the beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant.

Very hot rooms without AC in the summer. Restaurant staff could pay more attention to guests.

The restaurant facilities are great. A good meal, well priced and friendly staff who were also able to communicate well in English. Also the access off of the A7 is an ideal location for a quick overnight stay before a long road trip. Although the rooms and bathrooms were a little dated, they were generally clean.

Unfortunately both the rooms we had were VERY hot. Even with the windows open we weren't able to cool them down to have a good nights rest. Also there was an event the night we stayed just under our room so it was very noisy and hard to rest. Where possible it would be beneficial to understand the customer and their needs, especially when making a booking for overnight rest before a long journey.

Lift not working, room on 3rd floor, no fan or a/c - very hot, no fridge. Reception staff on arrival rather grumpy

Restaurant especially dinner was great including choice of wine.Very quiet place, with facilities to walk around.

The only minor point was a bit uncomfortable bed. Everything was fine.

The rooms and bathrooms are not top modern but they are in order, they are quiet and super clean.

Breakfast was included in the price and because of Easter we got a lunch package. Which was some very dry bread with a few slabs of cheese, salami and ham. And an apple. No koffie, tea or anything was offered. My advice - offer exclusive breakfast!!! Then you don’t disappoint guests…

I certainly did not feel welcomed on reasonable terms. It is quite possible that, for reasons of principle, double the amount must be paid for business people at the hotel's fairs. But when you, as a private guest, have been inattentive to the violent price increase and do not intend to participate in the fair, the principled knighthood should be put aside so that a price-based service can be provided to the customer's advantage rather than the hotel's. Given that there were still rooms available and the reception was not inclined to show me this kindness, I do not want to give Hennie's a positive recommendation.

Great location. Superb breakfast. Comfy beds and a good sized room.

Lots of parking and very clean and well presented. Room ma were comfy with great facilities and the breakfast was excellent.

Barman wouldn’t serve you a beer unless you were sitting at a table, although it may have been a little lost in translation to be fair. Evening meal is okay for the price but not exceptional.

Big room, away from the street. Quiet rural environment, yet close to the A7 motorway. Good restaurant.

The room was stiffling hot. There was no airconditioning or even a fan. Opening the windows helped a little but not much (you cannot open the door so the cooling effect is limited) and then the sound from the traffic did not help either (room was directly on the street front). So I hardly slept unfortunately.
