Thought the breakfast was a little too expensive. Breakfast was nice had a good variety of food. However, too expensive.

I'd like the location. Close to town. It was clean, okay. The staff was friendly.

I booked for three people, expecting one double bed and one single, but we were disappointed. The single bed was actually a single sofa bed, which wasn't comfortable. The value for money could be less for that room.

Buffet breakfast, good quality with ample selection. Location close to city center.

3 beds room is a bit small for 3 persons.

I didn’t like the atmosphere of the hotel (a friend suggested this place). Too much of a cold seminar vibe and indeed the heating via the air condition couldn’t cope with the freezing outside temperatures. It was not a cosy stay and I drank all the tea I could find.

Location was walking distance from the town centre. On site underground car park was very convenient and secure.

The room was smaller than the average hotel room. Great for solo traveller but a bit too small for a couple especially. If staying longer than a couple days.

Very clean, comfortable, lovely helpful staff, and great location. I will return.

air conditioning didn’t work; only 1 pillow; beds are extremely narrow like children’s beds; we asked for an extra pillow but they had ‘run out’; towels were very thin and hard, threadbare.I had only a kettle while my sister in same room for same price had a nespresso machine. plus I hung the ‘green clean’ sign on door to say no cleaning but they kept cleaning room anyway. also we deliberately left curtains closed due to no air conditioning so the hot sun heated up the room even more. I mentioned this to the reception guy but he was uninterested.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Big parking where you can keep the car until 4 p.m. on the day of the check out. I asked for a quiet room and got one.

There is always someting you can improve but I cannot indicate anything particular now.

The perfect location, it is just around 8 minutes to walk to Steintor, underground station and a big square with shopping streets. Very convenient with underground parking, though you have to pay for it. Breakfast is fantastic.

A small refrigerator would be nice to have in the room.

25 euros per parking per night is quite a lot. Its more than 1 euro/hour which seems too much at least to what I am used to during my travel.
