Location was really good and the staff was very friendly, staff also spoke English so that was a plus

Internet was terrible, signals were only coming when you stand next to the door and that too very weak.

Very good location near the old center, clean, quiet, there are slippers, kettle, water in this hotel(that’s sometimes you can not find in another hotels for this price range), so it’s great price value.

Would be nice to add the locker/safe in the room and fixing the weak WiFi (speed is ok, but signal is weak even on the 1st floor).

Location close to train station. Extremely valuable as train delays made last minute booking necessary. Room was clean and comfortable, thank goodness.

Hotel Central Hannover offers a great location within walking distance of historical sites, restaurants, and shopping centers. The rooms are small but comfortable, though bathroom amenities are limited. A good choice for a convenient city stay.

Clean and nice rooms.

It was way too hard to get coffee there. There were a few days I didn’t have coffee, and since I was there on business I really needed it. I had to go down to the reception a few days to ask for it, and one guy working there told me I had to wait for the housekeeper. And even though I asked them to put it in the room for the next day they didn’t…

The check-in process was easy.

There was no Wi-Fi throughout my entire two day stay. During payment the PDQ machine didn't work. I had to run across the ATMs around Hannover with no avail. I finally paid on the last day using PayPal method.

Excellent location at budget price. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the room was serviced each day and the hospitality supplies were topped up daily.

For the price everything was fine! A fridge in the room would have been nice but maybe too much to ask for a budget hotel.

Location was perfect. The room was decent, with a good bed - but no towels...!!!

The hotel advertised parking, so we wrote that we would like parking. But when we arrived, the rude male receptionist said that we could find a parking garage, as there were no more parking spaces... The male receptionist had little time to hand over the key to our room, as he was more busy talking to one of his friends - who he was talking to all evening - apparently it is more important to take care of friends than to serve customers. Unfortunately, we can NOT recommend this hotel, due to the rude receptionist...!!! (Bad representative of the hotel!

I could sleep there, and book a room in a short notice time.

my room was opened while I sleeping. there were a lot of noise. no staff in the hotel after 23 at night. I was s;eeping around 1, and all of the sudden my room door got open with a key, that is different than my own key. luckily I made myself noticable in time, so the intruder escaped. Ive talked with the staff the next morning, they said they will check the camera's but till today I didn't hear a wrod from them.

Location is good

They charged extra amount for city tax. Also the lift is very old and difficult to operate.

The location is perfect in Zentral.

I booked for 3 people but they gave me a room for 1 people. I booked a room for 3 bed for 95€, as I came the woman at reception said, i payed to cheap and I can't get the 3 bed room. I booked it in Booking.com and its not my Problem. Of course the price will higher on D-day.But the Reception can't cut my facility.

It was a very average facility to stay overnight

The shower was Brocken. The electricity and TV sockets were out and exposed

For almost 100 euros, I was a little disappointed with this hotel. The room was very small and the lighting was very dark. The soundproofing was very poor. The facilities were very worn out. There was a difference from the pictures. Overall, I was very disappointed. I will not book this hotel again.

Location is excellent. Hotel is basic, no frills, clean & perfect for a short stay.

I like the huge shower and the location. The hotel is economicaly proced in a good location which is Very close to the Train station.
