The staffs are so welcoming and respond to your needs on time.

All enjoyed everything at the hotel.

They had everything we needed to stay with our infant. Kettle, microwave and a small sink in the room. They even had a room separater between double bed and a single bed.

The cleanliness of the room and bed. On time housekeeping.

Novotel Suites Hannover has been my first choice of stay when i visited Hannover in the past. Unfortunately, i found so much reduction of the breakfast choices this year. In the past, it used to provide bacon and smoked salmon. Now, this is no longer provided, and the breakfast price has increased to 22 Euro. I think this is overpriced with the value provided.

Poor.

Key to the room not working, had to ask several times to fix it.Small room, uncomfortable beds Additional tax had to be paid on arrival.No free breakfast like in other hotels.Homeless people being loud under our window all night.

Very close to station . Central and easy to find . Very spacious and value for money

Lovely place to stay, great location but people around the local area made the whole experience worrying.

People hanging around local area were looking to cause trouble.

Breakfast is out of the world. The best part of the Hotel. Many choices. Also fresh materials.

We came late, so the parking (8 eur per day) is outside in a place where the doors didnt open. it was very cold and we had to use street parking to park outside. Room had a bathroom door with a peephole . Weird design. Rooms were little dusty.

Very close to the center and just beside the train station and bus station. Rooms are fairly large than the regular Novotel.Parking is available just about 100 meters away from the hotel, and only for 8 euros per day. Breakfast was good, but we had to wait for some time as the dining area is small.

Nothing negative as such, but just one that we did not like was..We have two kids (4 years and 2 years), and they did not eat well during breakfast, due to the waiting and time constraint we had.. so after our breakfast, we were taking 2 bananas and 2 croissants to our room so that the kids could eat when we got into the room or probably a bit later. But the receptionist stopped us and said that we were not supposed to take food to the room. When we explained it was for the kids, she just gave us an irritating look and asked us to return the plates.That was not her fault at all, she is going by the rules of the hotel, we do understand, but that conversation was a bit weird and we didn't like it at that moment.

Very easy to get to the main station in Hannover .The rooms are spacious. Nice to have a little fridge and kettle in room.

There was a big stain on the carpet in our room (502). The prefab bathroom/kitchen section in the rooms reminds me of cruise ship interior. A bit too 1990s.You can make tea but no coffee in the rooms. So maybe provide at least some nescafe or if you want to spoil you guests a cafetiere or Nespresso machine.

Very close to city centre. Nice room but a little outdated. I would call it a hotel room not a suit. Staf is friendly.

The noise is terrible. It was to hot to sleep with the window closed.We have stayed here before we had a different experiance

The hotel is very close to the central station and the staff were friendly. The price was ok. Huge room!

The cleanliness of the room was questionable as we found several spots that were uncleaned. Some furniture had a lot of scratches and marks that required some kind of repair. The area is a bit dodgy during the night but violent crime is unlikely - it just feels weird.

The room was clean, quite spacious for three people, with the toilet separate from the bathroom, and there was coffee, tea and water supplied. The breakfast was good, standard for a buffet hotel breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful lady at the reception. I liked that it was a dog friendly hotel and the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

There was no shower gel in the dispenser by the bath tub, this should be checked when the room is cleaned after each guest and if needed then topped up. It wasn’t an issue because there was some in the shower so we just used that.

Basic standard of the hotel. Pet friendly. Great location in the center of the city, close to the train and bus stadion. Parking (8eur/nigth) nearby. Love the breakfast. I would love to visit this hotel again.

The location is very convenient, close to the train station.

The room makeup service needs improvement. Sometimes the staff forgot to replenish clean towels or to take away the used one.
