service was good,breakfast was excellent.

prices have gone up during "Messe"

Service and food

There is not any complimentary toothpaste, Colgate, or water available.

nice staff

parking too expensive, one can just park on the street for free; double room was two single beds we had to push together ourselves; not much to do around

Clean and comfortable rooms , the hotel is silent ,and breakfast it’s good

A refrigerator in the room would be nice

The hotel is located in a very quiet , silent place, and the sorroundings are quite nice and beautiful to walk around ; supermarket is right in front of the hotel . The staff from the hotel was very nice as well, and the breakfast was good Room was clean and comfortable; and air conditioning works good. The room is quite silent to have a good rest I would come again for sure , very satisfied with it

- The room- The dog friendliness- The evening/night receptionist

- Bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were stone cold- My room was changed from 203 to 211 in the system, but the keycard holder was not updated to 211.. Resulting in me trying to access a wrong room with (maybe) a customer inside and having to return to the reception for clarifications.- Please ask the morning receptionist lady to be more polite when asked where the breakfast is. She can answer instead of just waving with her hand. I am not a dog.

Fine location, good breakfast, older hotel but taken care and clean.

Breakfest

Only 1 Elevator. and Room TV to small and placed wrong position

Very good hotel, if you just need a place to stay on the way. Easy to get to from the motorway, a small grocery store opposite the hotel, a larger Rewe 500 meters away. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have good soundproofing and air conditioning & wifi. The breakfast was really good, e.g. yoghurts and fruit salad were kept in the fridge! There were many kinds of bread, traditional cold cuts, scrambled eggs etc. and delicious cakes to enjoy with coffee.

The only minus was the most important thing, the beds (type of box spring beds / divan beds) which were quite hard in the end, because there was no mattress topper.

The Room space and the bathroom

No air conditioning

Clean and smartThey allow you to order in food and eat on the premises which is ideal if you have been working late at the Messe The breakfast is very good The manager personally introduced himself this morning at breakfast and was very friendly

Very close to Hannover Messe (if you want to visit an exhibition that is held in there, it's a great location to stay). Great breakfast. A lot of parking space. Nice personal.

No fridge in the room. In the summer season, I think that is important.

Good and rich breakfast, quiet cosy rooms. Friendly and efficient service.

Was unable to find the WiFi in the room. As it was late, was not a big problem. A small surprise was that the parking (previously free) cost now 12€. It is stipulated on the website, though, but I did not pay attention.
