Staff were nice

I purchased on the basis it was bed and breakfast there was NO breakfast available

Convenient, not too far from the centre

The surrounding was very loud and did not feel safe for two girls only

Very helpful staff. We wanted to check in early and the receptionist and maid worked very quickly to get the room ready.

Super helpful staff, high ceilings, lovely staircase, cute rooms with kitchenette offered good space

The reception is not always staffed which wasn't a problem for us but could have been inconvenient

I liked the fact that the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The images are just like the pictures shown on the website. And the staff are friendly.

I think it would have been exceptional, if their was a lift as we were on the 4th floor which was the last floor and a lot of flights of stairs to go up especially with a heavy suitcase. It was a bit of a struggle.

The room was lovely, spacious, very new and clean. Bedroom separate, having a small very decent kitchen and a very clean bathroom. The location is right next to the river and east access to city center, 7-8 mins walk.

The property kept sending messages to me in German and upon my complaint they stated that it was an IT problem. I hope they fix it soon to be able to communicate their non-German speaking guests

The guy at the reception was really welcoming, helpful and friendly, the location of the hotel is great - 5 min walking to the nearest bus\ tram stop, 10 min walking to the nearest supermarket (Rewe) - not far from the Steintor, 18 min walking to the Hauptbahnhof. The room and the beathroom were clean, smelled good, the area was relatively quiet, it is no lift, only stairs, there is a fridge and a kettle, and even a coffee machine in the kitchenette, new cleaning devices (to do dishes) in the box which was really cute, also tea bags and sugar sticks in a bowl. There is a tv set and a huge mirror in the room.

I can't say that I didn't like something but the mattrass was killing my back with its softness (I have back problems) - but it's a personal preference, and there were some napkins under the bed.

On the upper level, there is a nice view (however, there is no elevator). Spacious. Relatively modern except kitchen. Functional and well-equipped. Original art work on the walls. Helpful staff and relatively good functioning late-check-in. (I had pre-ordered late check-in and the number to get the key code on arrival answered the second call I made :-)). Very central location.

The WiFi was really bad on the highest level (couldn't use it there). The ventilation was noisy as there was a room with a small kitchen but without window next to the bed room. Steep staircase and no elevator but when you're fit and have light luggage, it is OK.

Location, room comfort and cleanliness the receptionist was very helpful in guiding us location.

Horrible experience

We had booked 2 rooms, but they only gave us 1. They didn't do breakfast anymore and the man at the reception did not speak English.

Very clean and cozy room, with a confortable bed. Perfect position, just a few minutes away from the city center and a 15-minutes walk away from the university

The hotel has no lift, which might be an issue for some people

Very warm welcome at the reception. Nice and spacious room with modern fixtures.

No tea making facility in the room.

It wasn't a problem for me to walk to the third floor. But I guess someone would have missed a lift there.

Stayed here from 17 to 18 October. I want to note the terrible work of the concierge, about 50 years old, who was at work on October 17th. She was constantly on the phone, once I had to wait 30 minutes for her to finish. On October 18, there was an excellent concierge at work, probably a Czech, very responsive and smiling, treated the child to cookies. I also want to note the terrible cleaning of the rooms, dust and beer bottle caps under the beds, the floor is dirty. It is still not clear why there is a kitchen and a stove in the room if there are no utensils for cooking. I had to ask for dishes downstairs. Of the pluses - the location near the center, comfortable beds, a fairly new apartment renovation. However, the price matches the quality.
