Breakfast. Food was nicely prepared, it wa appetising and it matched international standards. The Chefs were friendly. Above all the foood was sweet, we rally enjoyed the value of money.

If you have an electric car, it’s super easy to park and charge your car. You pay a fixed price and you can charge while you’re at the hotel. They have the Tesla wall chargers. I think it was 25€ to charge as much as you want and they have 6-7 chargers. Easy to come and go from autobahn.

Bit out of town but as this is mostly for congress season it makes sense were placement is.

Very friendly personnel: gave my children sweets; was very welcoming.

The room was too cold and I could not turn up the heat. The breakfast had a lot of variety, good coffee, but the quality was not perfect. Overall, it was okay/good.

Easy to get to trams. Liked the check in area. Beds were comfortable and room clean

Hard to recognize where the parking is

The room was pretty nice, bathroom renovated as well. Price to value ratio was very good, close to lots of food options too.

In my and my Boyfriends opinion: Breakfast wasnt worth the 25EUR, the buffet is rather small and nothing special. Staff could have been more welcoming as well.

Extra payments: taxes for the town 5€ - parking for one night 15€ - so calculate 20€ each day on plus - too much for where it is. Big disappointment

The location was brilliant, perfect for an escape into the nature behind the hotel.

The room was renovated recently, but it was done with haste and cost at mind. -the new safe already didn’t work-the bed was very uncomfortable and had already “pits” in it- the sofa bed for the kids did not provide a straight sleeping surface-the colors in the room (orange, purple, beige) could set off an epileptic attack

Outside the hotel there is a beer garden, super nice For my kid, we got an extra room Connected by a door to our room.

Very comfortable and clean place.

Parking was very expensive. No kettle to heat water or smart TV.

The room was great. Staff was wonderful. We even forgot our baby's food and they packed it all for us when we went back for it. Good parking area.

I was missing charging possibility for EV. The breakfast could have more options compared to the price.

Car charging is good option.

Reception woman attitude was not nice. Explane extra price wrong and then she said it was customers mistake, because didn't understand.

The family room doesn’t have airco or fan. It was 30+ outside and more warm inside the room. Also the breakfast is overpriced. The restaurant from the hotel is closed during all days only open for breakfast.

Big two level apartment. Good breakfast. Restaurant with good food and terrace. Very quiet room, no notice from neighbors and no notice from street. The streets are far away from the hotel, the zone is very quiet.

Parking far away but free. A close parking underground with 14 euro fee but with roof box we couldn't get in.

for the price the room was small, there was a big queue at reception and it is7 stops from Hanover centre

The wheelchair access was excellent. The accessible room has a good roll-in shower, some handrails, a sink with access beneath and an adjustable mirror. The door of the room is not heavy and the room/corridors have excellent flooring. Beds are very comfortable. Fridge in room and large tv. Housekeeping is very efficient, everything was clean, we always had a good supply of towels etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing directions and translations.The breakfast is so good. Superb range, very fresh, lots of tea/coffee stations, so you don't have to wait long, even at busy times. 10/10

The only thing that could be improved is that there was no evening restaurant in the hotel (I do not know if it is seasonal?) There is a very good beer garden, serving ribs, gyros and bratwurst across the car park, but if you want more options, you have to use other places nearby :)

The location was great and the hotel already had prepared very useful information how to move around the city in main locations.At the reception there was even a broshure with the nearby restorants. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist you at anytime!

That you don’t have Airco in the rooms and it was warm. Also that I need it to for parking when you have a private property space.

Very comfy and tidy hotel not far away from downtown (but well connected as there are plenty public services just crossing the road). The breakfast was very good, with lot of selections and worth every pence. Suggested if you looking for something quite, clean and well located.. parking lot was a plus
