The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly, the rooms clean, bathroom works well and the breakfast is great. So it meets all the requirements for a lovely stay. We also love it it because it is right next door to the Christmas Markets.

The location

Not value for money, bad pillows. Small duvet to cover yourself at night.

Location only as it is located on the center. And freshely squeezed orange juice at breakfast

Bed is so uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain. My colleague as well Isolation of the rooms are the worst I have ever experienced in my life. We were there for work, and we could hear every person coming in or out of their rooms in the hallway. People usually talk in the hallway while walking toward the elevator and even with a normal tone, I could hear them as if they were with me in my room. I could barely sleep both night I was there and of course was woken up very early in the morning by the sound of the cleaning lady talking or manipulating their materials and it was so so loud. We arrived Sunday night and Sunday was so loud as well and partying in the hallway like if we were at a low level hostel (I know we were there during one of the biggest trade) but I have been to other very big trade fairs in other cities and stayed at hotel where they enforced a quite environment and respect towards each other When I complained about it, I just got sorry there is a trade fair. So basically we spent 2 night in this hotel and barely slept because people were coming in their rooms very late and got woken up very early because the cleaning ladies were cleaning in the rooms with the doors open very early in the morningI will never ever come back again.

Very clean, nice staff, a good value for the money you pay

Great location in the centre, 10 mins walk from Central Station, close to shops, bars, restaurants. Fantastic breakfast, very reasonably priced.Close to u bahn station too to travel to Hanover's famous gardens. The staff went over and above providing a kettle, cups and teapot to make tea in our room.

Some might not like the bells / clock at the Marktkirche, but it didn't bother us, the room was well insulated.

The location is perfect. Easy to reach with public transport. Facilities were good and the room was clean. Breakfast was excellent

A great location and superbly easy to find. Close to the U-bahn for getting around. Nice hotel with lovely rooms.

The room we were given was directly above an Irish bar and was noisy into the small hours with people standing in the street. The hotel didn't feel full, so it seemed unnecessary to have put us in that room - it could not have been closer to the bar.

The hotel is central, the room is clean, the breakfast is good.

I didn't like the reception staff who thought to say that they didn't have any spaces at the property, even though the hotel information says there is parking at the property, but it can't be reserved and it costs €15 per day and assured us that we could park in the public area next to the hotel because there was no parking fee until 9 am the next day!Because of their incorrect information, the parking cost us €300 and the car was towed! they didn't even apologize for the situation!Another unpleasant situation is when they ask for your money before check-in! Maybe the room doesn't suit you, so what do you do? You just lose the money you paid for the room?!For this reason I would not stay with them again! For not taking responsibility for giving correct information!

As always we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, amazing breakfast and location.

Great location, very friendly service, very good breakfast, like in a 5-star hotel. The kitchen staff was very discreet and constantly replenished the buffet, everything was fresh and beautifully presented. First class!

Pillows in bed very uncomfortable.

Ik could not think of a better location than Concorde. In the old town where all the fun is, like history, beer & surfing.

location is amazing, it's just in the old town, breakfast was good, croissants were amazing. staff was helpful. Check-in & out was simple. the towels were clean.

Room was small, after second day there was no water although room was cleaned. Pillows were too soft and there was only two, but we asked one extra and it was not soft like we prefer to.

Location was excellent

Basic room didn’t have a kettle!You can’t reserve a parking place. We booked the hotel as it had its own parking and we had bikes on the back of our car so wanted secure parking.

the location , middle of the marketplace ,front of the old Rathaus ,everythings are walkable from this hotel , the new Rathaus in the corner , shopping area acros the street, U-Metro , restaurants cafés surrounding …Parking under the hotel , and we bought our mini doggy for extra charge .the room is comfortable, -and clean ,nice badrooms , bed is good . Free hotdrinks at the lobby .

Nothing actually ,But a mini Kühlschrank in the room would be nice

Exellent location in the heart of the city. Clean and comfortable room, quite big. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Parking.

Google drive led us to the main enterance which located in pedestrian zone. Much better if google can route cars to the rear enterance - maybe worth to contact them and ask for it.

Excellent breakfast, we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and variety of options available, very friendly staff, room was nice, just a little small shower but still ok ;)

The pillows were very big and stuffed with goose feathers which was an issue for me (alergic) but also for my partner (not alergic). I sugest you check with reception prior or at the arrival if there are any other options available.

I liked its ,location,cleanliness the very helpful staff, it was in great decorative condition ,the breakfast was very good

Convenient location in the historical center. Great breakfast. It was great that the air conditioning worked. Bonus in my case: we were checked in earlier, which was very important for us.
