Leonardo Hotel Hannover

Hotel is far away for town, however they have a good restaurant inside and they have plenty of options. The breakfast was very good. The parking space is in the other side of the street and has a lot of space.

Additional bed was awful. The main bed also not good. Leonardo should improve the beds they have in that location. No one from my family slept well that night. Leonard lose some point with us.

Liked the location and the breakfast was perfect

Room for 3 people was a room for 2 with an added mattress that was not comfortable. The toilet was near the bathroom door and entry to the bathroom was not comfortable.

location was very good for who is traveling. room was fine.

food at the restaurant was very very bad that i even decided to skip breakfast. the area of the floors smelled like dirty carpet.

Wasn’t first time we have been visiting hotel Leonardo. Always a pleasure to visit again and again . Close to motorway, nice park outside , our kids love it in summer also this time in winter

We lived the quiet location and the interrior of the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast and the clean comfortable rooms with a huge double bed. We absolutely loved our morning walk before breakfast when we strolled to the village boulangerie and biught some great goods for the journey

The parking garage accross the street. Difficult if you have a large car to get into it. No one at reception and I guess that's why they incourage self check in. Its far from the city center

Clean and simple for one night.

The bathroom shower door kept opening, the water wasn’t hot enough, the room had the window open when we arrived (visit in December with -1• temperature) but the bedding sheets were very warm.

My stay was very short, I arrived late in the evening and left second day, early. The bathrooms are very small and there is a very poor design regarding the toilette. The toilette was right behind the door and if you would open the door more energetic, the bathroom door would bounce back and hit you. This happened to me and not once, but twice.

The hotel realistically deserves only two stars and nothing more. It’s quite untidy, and the hallway where our room was located was dirty. Breakfast was nothing special and offered very little choice for the price they charged. The room was decent, but the bathroom was old. The room itself was clean. Parking availability was acceptable, although the ramp to the upper level of the parking area was very narrow, making it difficult to park. Everyone can decide for themselves, but I definitely won’t be coming back.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you need access to the Autobahn quickly and still be "in the city".

Although I contacted the property before and asked for an arrangement to accommodate my need to get changed and dressed for a private function, the arrangement fell through and receptionist was very non-caring and not interested at all to find a solution. Hence, I had to book another hotel on the spot (while still paying for his one).

The hotel is lovely and we stay in leonardo on the way back from our holiday

Everytime there is a problem with rooms. We never get the room which we book, however reception staff does great job to sort it out

The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite. All my requests were met. Clean room, parking space, very hot watter in the bathroom. I really liked this hotel. Everything was super clean. All necessary things was provided. Personal was very polite. Breakfast was good,

The room was not great. We appreciate the welcome cards, but the additional bed for 3rd person was tiny with a very thin mattress, not what the photos were showing.
