    Pros +

    • Clean
    • Great hotel. We booked 2 renovated rooms and were very pleased. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. The wifi was reliable and fast, and the underground parking was large and spacious. We only stayed 1 night on route, and would 100% stay here again,
    • The rooms were clean and well kept.

    Cons -

    • Only 1 EV charger on premises, although Tesla supercharger station is ~5km from the hotel
    • The staff was conflicted regarding the availability of the bar and restaurant. When checking in I inquired about the availability of a restaurant for dinner. I was informed the restaurant was closed but the bar would open from six to eight and snacks and pizzas were available from the bar during that time. They did tell me there was a bus group arriving later and they would have a catered dinner in the restaurant and I should not confuse that with dinner for guests. We waited until six only to be told a bus group was late arriving and the bar staff was not available until the bus tour had been fed. Hence, no bar, no food, no service until some unknown time. Consequently we were forced to go out late, after dark on a rainy night and try yo locate a place to eat dinner. No recommendations from the staff, no offer to serve a hurry up pizza before some mystery bus arrived, nothing. Lastly, there was a dog innthe room across the hall that felt it important to bark several times every hour or so just to let everyone kniw it was a Mercure guest. Bet it had dinner. I have always assumed Mercure was a proper hotel that provided reliably good service. I'm sad to have found out that is not true..
    • It's a Merciure. It was fine. Old carpet and not super new bathroom fixtures, but these were small and expected. Although soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, so that was a bit annoying. But...it had air conditioning.

Air Conditioning!!!! It was 38 degrees (100F), so AC was a must, and for some reason, it's not a filter on Booking. That's crazy, because we were just passing through from Denmark to Austria and wanted a room with AIR Conditioning. This airport hotel was the perfect find. Underground parking was paid, but reasonable. The hotel had a water refill station in the lobby, which was an amazing touch. AC wasn't the best on the planet, but it did a good job considering the heat. Also really close to the highway.

It's a Merciure. It was fine. Old carpet and not super new bathroom fixtures, but these were small and expected. Although soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, so that was a bit annoying. But...it had air conditioning.

Friendly staff, all very clean, only 3 minutes from the A2 exit.

Breakfast was ok, but limited choice. Coffee was terrible (freeze dried coffee machine).

Nice hotel, good size room, very comfortable bed and pillows.

I came late at night in the hotel and the girl at the reception didn't make me feel very welcome, the way she speaks to me without respect is not good for a 4* hotel. No kettle in the room which is a shame, also there is a door that is leading to the room next to you and I could hear the neighbour next door coughing all the time.

Everything was Perfect… we got upgraded to new renovated Perfect rooms. Best hotel pillows I slept on, comfy bed. Nespresso Coffee at the room.. breakfast was also very good with healthy options. We would stay here again anytime.

From a great check in experience to clean and comfy rooms and speedy check out - all in all a great stay at a fair price.

Perfect for my business trip as it is close to the office I visited. The staff at the bar is fantastic! Would book again if in the area

It is quite dated, look and feel of last century.

Unfortunately, I only stayed in the city for one night, but I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was comfortable and practical, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety, so it was really delicious.

The location was great for us who just travel trough, and need a place to stay on the way. It is not in emission restricted zone, easy to get from the highway and we were positively surprised by high standard of this hotel.

Very good location, close to motorway. Good hotel

    Parking was not free

    10DaukantaitePosted on: 9-7-2024

Probably the best hotel in Hannover. Nice, clean and comfy bedroom. Refrigerator, air con and coffee machine in the room is such a bonus. Beautiful city view. Would definitely stay here again.

    8JosefPosted on: 9-3-2024

Comfy hotel to stay for 1 night, not far from highway. Good price to quality ratio. Clean and comfortable.

It's pretty far from city center, like 25 minutes by taxi. It's really in suburbs, in the middle of nowhere. And Hannover itself is not really very interesting.

    10DobraPosted on: 8-17-2024

Location very convenient, right next to motorway but peaceful and quiet. Very efficient staff. Handy parking. Very comfortable beds too.

    Additional charges for car parking.

Lovely breakfast, clean rooms and excellent location and service.

    7WouterPosted on: 8-10-2024

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Most hotels don’t have oat milk (I don’t drink coffee without it), but this hotel did have it. Pleasantly surprised!

Air conditioning did not work in our rooms (601 and 603), had to sleep with the window open completely to reach a bearable temperature.

    9KennyPosted on: 8-3-2024

location was handy for the motorway and there's a petrol station close by also.

No info to tell us if the drinks in the fridge were complimentary or not, (no big deal as we had our own).

    Staff lovely, good location

Poor dinner, noisy pipes in the room, kids served with microwaved frozen chicken nuggets.
