Best Western Premier Parkhotel Kronsberg

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Location within walking distance to the fair grounds. New and clean bathroom. Breakfast and dinner restaurants ok but nothing special that would make you go wow.

The wifi was really poor.

The hotel's location is excellent for those visiting the exhibition center, with just a 5-minute walk to the East entrance of the exhibition (Messe Ost). The breakfast was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and looks great.I also appreciated the Bock restaurant within the hotel, where I dined twice; the staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. Upon arrival, which was very late (after 10 PM following a long journey), I assumed I'd have to settle for a sandwich from the gas station across the street. However, the receptionist was exceptionally kind; he called the Bock restaurant and arranged for me to have dinner even at that late hour, when the restaurant was normally closed. I greatly appreciated this gesture!Overall, it was a very positive experience with this hotel.

Room very small, old bathroom, PC connection in the hall with printer but no Office lincence, you can't print nothing, restaurant menu in house very poor.

Location is great for Hannover Messe visitors. Room is reasonably big, very quiet and bed was excellent. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was exceptionally high quality, with a chef cooking omelettes to your order etc.

Price is a bit high if you pay it yourself. I imagine many guests are Messe exhibitors and their company pays the room. Breakfast room is a bit small for the size of the hotel, I was a bit early so I found a table but people coming later had nowhere to sit. Considering the price of room, paid parking was a bit excessive, for this price you would expect parking is included. Maybe it is to prevent other people from using hotel parking, but they anyway asked for car license plate so parking fee didn't make sense from that poiint of view.

Great hotel if you go to some show in Lancess arena, just 3 min walk. We did not have chance to use pool or breakfast but it looked good.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And the hotel offers superb relaxation facilities with it's pool and Spa.

I think there should be a better choice of pillows as I found mine to be a bit flat so not the best sleep I've personally had for this reason.

The only reason I chose the hotel was the location near to the Zag Arena and Messe. I only stayed for 1 night and it was okay for that. Room was clean and staff at the reception were nice and helpful.

The price/night was very expensive compared to the size and comfort of the room. The Economy Single Room was a narrow room with tiny bathroom, if you're built a bit bigger you may have hard time even going around in the room and the toilet/bathroom. The shower and bathroom were smaller/different at the room I stayed in, than shown on the listing pictures.

Convenient, friendly staff, nice food.

Internet in the annex didn’t work and my 4 G signal didn’t work in the annex. It worked all day in the Domotex and taxi, so I don’t think the phone or iPad was the issue.

Location close to EXHIBITION , and have shuttle bus to Exhibition : will stay again AAA+++

I was really disappointed in the “Sunday “Rules. Imagine coming from another country to a hotel and expecting restaurants and services on Sunday but no restaurants no food was available. They didn’t want to clean the room on Sunday because it was a day off in Germany but how does that work when you have a hotel paying guests? I will never come back, and I would recommend that anyone reading this who doesn’t know about the German Sunday rule beware. I consider myself an international traveler, but I guess I am not been all over the world, and never in the 30 years I’ve been traveling, encountered such a situation, I try not to write negative things on Booking.com, but this one was just unbelievable and flabbergastingBooking.com did not mention limited services on Sunday, which I think they really should. Apparently they listed on their website. How the world changed so much that there’s no hospitality anymore ?

I didn’t like the limited services especially on Sunday.
