Stayed after a business trip. It was a smooth checkin and checkout. During the stay, I was amazed with how clean and well maintained the hotel was given the price. It also had complete amenities (towels, coffee, tea, water heater, etc.) , includes air conditioning and good ventilation too. After checkout, I had to stay for work meetings and the staff let me use the lobby. Since my train was later that day, the staff was very friendly to keep my bag secure while I go for a stroll in the city. Location was also great, few minutes walk to main train station and there's groceries nearby too.

The bed was quite springy, not the best quality but still comfortable :)

Reception staff is asking for a full payment but isn't able to issue an invoice. I was asked to return the next day but then the reception was not occupied. Hotel ignores flexible cancellation policies. Escalation via booking required in order to be refunded. Bad availability via email or phone. I actually liked the place but this is a no go.

The property was clean and have an advantage about its location. Very close to central, bus and metro stations as well but they don’t offer breakfast . This is the only but about my trip

Everything was newly remodeled and very nicely done. Staff was great and most helpful.

Not a dislike for my wife or me but people should know before booking that the room sizes and furnishings, while new, are more like a hostel. There is no elevator and about 1/2 mile from train station.

Pleasant staff, very helpful with directions etc. Room (4 x singles) was big and clean, good blinds on the velux windows, pretty quiet. No noise from hotel at all. Tea/coffee provided plus vending machine and bar downstairs.

Location was good in that it was 5 min walk from station. But the hotel is next to 3 ‘red’ shops - maybe consider this if you’re bringing kids. Women sit in the windows dressed in very little. Street a bit noisy at night. Shower not great. Bathroom mirror off wall.

The bed was very comfortable. Room was heated when I arrived. Walking distance from the train central station. 24-hr parking possibility near the hotel at a very cheap rate.

Terrible place. No lift and nobody to carry your suitcase up! Torn window curtain. No phone to speak with reception. No place to store your soap and sponge while showering. Not even a sandwich available. Made so it takes your money in the simplest and cheapest way. And finally in a red light area. 20 meters away from the hotel entrance you can get "red light service" !!!Not a place I would even recommend to anyone, especially for the crazy money paid !!!I blame Booking.com for the incomplete description of the facility.

Newly renovated hotel, small but well equipped room, comfortable and functional. Basic but super clean bathroom with a window and a very large shower. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the central station (the route at night can make for unsafe, given the presence of homeless and junkies) but the vicinity of the hotel is quiet and you can walk to the List district for something to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The heating (air conditioning) did not work very well. The hotel is full of stairs and steps, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Close to a convenience store and supermarket. 5-10 minute walk.15 minute walk into Hannover centre.

Very noisy. Lots of noise from outside and the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests. We had noise disruption all through the night.The hotel is next to a brothel / red light district. Our room shared a wall with it which made us feel quite uncomfortable.Staff don’t care. We arrived in our car and when we asked where to park we were told to park illegally and it doesn’t matter because the traffic warden probably won’t come to check.Free parking isn’t as it is advertised during booking. It’s a short street for 15-20 cars and it’s very busy. We got lucky that someone was leaving as we were coming back after dinner so we quickly parked in the free space. €6 per 24 hours nearby is a better option.The area isn’t the safest and feels dangerous and uneasy when walking around the area of the hotel in the day and especially at night.

The doors are not sound proof, and the room beside me had a problem with her room door, and that was a lot of noise hindert me from sleeping.

Location is perfect 5 min to main train and bus station. Across the street there is Aldi and few other stores. Price is great, room was small but with everything you need good heating that you can regulate yourself. If you are looking for great value this is it.

NIce place only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The free wifi was good, as was the shower. There's an Aldi only a couple of minutes walk away. There's a kettle in the room and enough coffee for 1 cup
