- Hotel room was not very clean. Bed was ok. Sheets were “improvised” and pillows were not good at all.There was a leak under the faucet that when running had the whole floor wet.Was there during the messe fair, which could justify why the prices were so high, but definitely not worth the price paid.

- Hotel did not help at all. The staff did not want to listen to my issue that could have been resolved. Also my suitcase got lost and they delivered it a day later to reception. The reception desk did not inform me that my suitcase was here eventhough I had important possessions in there. I went to ask them a day later and they said the suitcase was delivered a day earlier
