It has probably the best view in town. Nice breakfast. Comfortable rooms and very clean. Friendly staff.

It was quite expensive for what it was. Be aware that most people in the spa do not wear clothes. As a young woman this wasn't ideal for me (it is mixed). They have many signs on the spa area doors mandating no clothes. Which is unhygienic and again, not very female friendly. In 2025 I would have hoped that a fancy hotel such as this allows guests some integrity.

This property provides a lot of sport and fitness facilities. Nice swimming pools, sauna rooms.Nice lake view.Very useful running paths around the lake.

The facilities at the property are great: from the pool to the gym and restaurant and the spa as well as the lake itself.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. The drainage had a terrible smell coming from the shower whenever the water was turned on.

We loved the spa and gym facilities. Ideal for a wellness break. The location is stunning and provides a beach holiday atmosphere in summer. The lake and surrounding parklands invite to long walks and bike rides. The cafe and restaurant were very good and there are other restaurants nearby.

The WiFi connection in the hotel rooms was poor. The veranda outside the hotel rooms is open for gym users which reduces privacy. You have to draw the curtains if you don’t want anyone being able to look into your room.

Great location on the lake, staff were friendly and very big sized rooms. Also great that there was a fan as it was extremely hot.

Breakfast was a bit average. It was a shame there was no saunas for people who don't feel comfortable going into the textile free areas, it felt like we payed a lot of money and barely used any of facilities. It was incredibly busy as it is also a public gym which I feel is not overly advertised.

I loved all the fitness facilities and the view of the lake is stunning.

The room was pretty tired and it would have been tight for two people.

The bistro in the spa is no longer there so you have to cone out to eat in the gym cafe which only has sandwiches. The main spa pool was very cold

The room and breakfast are very basic. Only herbal tea in the room. The blankets are made of not breathable material

Nice peaceful location. Facilities, rooms, staff, breakfast and cafe were all great. Very relaxing. 5/10 min walk from train station to town or bikes to hire nearby to cycle round the lake or in to town.

it is very good spa and fitness. The room has everything you need: a comfortable bed, a small kitchen and a dining area. Even though my windows faced the street, it was very quiet.

Amazing Spa perfect for a girls weekend and lovely restaurant and terrace overlooking the lake.Very nice Sunday Breakfast Buffet on the terrace, a shame that they didn't have enough staff to top up the buffet when it got busy (Water, Coffee in a Thermos etc.)
