Radisson Blu Hotel Hannover

restaurant

The roof on which the rooms look is not attractive - weeds and gravel.

Very close and convenient for the Messe. Rooms are spacious and clean, well decorated. Good access to work areas and power points (USB etc). Very helpful staff

When an exhibition is on the price is too high

Always very happy staying there, staff is professionell, pleasant and super nice :)))).We stay there sometimes twice a year, to attend concerts at the ZAG Arena, which basically is across from Radisson Blue.We were on "Simply Red Concert" last night.

Everything was just great!

Won’t come back

Sauna and spa did not work. That was the only reason I booked this hotel. Staff did not even seem to care when I checked in and mentioned my displeasure.

Not worth the money, not...

The toilet wasn’t clean, it had red and brown stains. The hall was smelly and the airconditioning didn’t go lower whatever we did. Breakfast was ok, not much variety.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly personnel.

Expensive parking.

For concerts at the TUI arena this is perfect. Book over the Radisson app, then the price is much better. Staff was helpful when my toilet seat was broken, I got a better room the second night.

Taxi from airport was crazy expensive - Uber back was more reasonable but still 60 Euros.

The location was perfect, just a walking distance to Zag Arena.

The room had a stuffy smell and could be cleaner. The amenities, especially the shampoo, were diluted with water...

Close to messe hannover

Gave nothing extra old interior seen better days.

Such a wonderful stay, staff went above and beyond for me, late check out and helped me plan a short whistle stop tour of the city.

The hotel was a little to warm so maybe better air-conditioning.

Rooms are nice and clean.

A distinct lack of staff. Check too 30 minutes despite there being no one else checking in. I thought there were no staff for the first 20 minutes.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked pastries, with plenty of healthy options available. The sauna was a pleasant feature. Additionally, the toiletry products provided, such as shampoo, were of good quality. Bathrobes were not provided in the room, but they, along with slippers, could be requested from the reception.

my only slight complaint the drinks at the bar could be slightly better.

the hotel Facility is good

I stayed there when there is no Exhibition, low season meams unbelievable low Service for this Hotel! Disappoint with the Brand Radisson Blu! Hotel has no Porter Service, No good Food in Restaurant! you should tell your Guests about this low season low service!

room was bright airy, clean, comfortable bed and facilities, breakfast buffet very good

The building, rooms and team.

Almost nothing I didn’t like.

Clean, modern and organised. High quality hotel.

Location.

Its was quiet and calm. Good breakfast. The room was good and slept good in the bed. Its was good parkingplace too and its was good security.

The location was amazing, very near to the ZAG Arena. Very convenient parking

The food at the restaurant was not as good as we expected. The menu should be updated.
