The staff

The carpet of the was very dirty with lots of black spots. The extra bed even for a child 12 years old was very small.and uncomfortable.

I had a great stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Although the air conditioning in my original room wasn’t working, the staff responded quickly and moved me to an upgraded room with fully functioning A/C, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was another highlight—there was a wide selection of tasty options to choose from. Excellent service and a comfortable stay!

I stayed in a city-view room, which offered a great view of the skyline, especially at night. However, the room faced a busy main road, and the traffic noise was quite disruptive, even with the windows closed. Light sleepers might want to request a room on the quieter side of the building.

The location was close to what I was looking for. The overall space in the lobby and the room was enough.

I wasn`t notified that there are repairs in the hotel at the time of my stay. The bathroom was not usable for me, the shower was really low and the head was only set to jet, so it was really hard for me to take a shower at all. The facility overall is a bit worn out and not so comfortable/pleasant.

The room size was very large, the staff were very helpful, location is great with guests who have cars

A single bottle of water and not even a glass! there was no kettle to make a tea. Unbelievable

LOCATION IS GOOD.....STAFF is friendly.

BUT THE ROOM HAD NO COFFEE, NO KETTLE ....only bed & a nice washroom...SAUNA non functional .... WE EXPECT BETTER hospitality.

Price increase after booking. Paid in hotel (+taxes). And rooms were not nice. Too old and dirty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the extra facilities in my room. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch but the coffee machine was best. Making sure the delicious coffee pods were with milk was just perfect. The bed was super comfy too! Really great stay thank you.

During my stay only one lift was working which meant wising a while especially when a group booked in.

The receprion staff was absolutely professional and very kind. I am very gratefull to Alina and Adrey. The restaurant staff was kind and fully organized. Iam very gratefull to Asraf and Cem.

Big rooms and beds. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant/bar seemed like a cheerful place.

There was a leak from underneath the bathtub so the bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. There is no airconditioning but we could open the windows for some refreshing air

I didn't like anything except the friendly service of the reception staff.

This hotel should be closed down - it is so dirty, old and in need of urgent renovations. I am surprised it is allowed to even operate.

Hotel is a good quality hotel as for the price. Room was pretty big and we got additional full size bed for our 3,5 year old which was very convenient. Breakfast was very nice and good choice, enough room for all guests and good coffee quality.We could have a drink in the hotel bar and it was nice as well.

Rooms are from the standard described. We had booked a junior suite for 1 night with 2 small kids (see image 4 from the add, images 1, 2 and 3 how it look in real). We also had to move rooms once, as the first room offered to us was apparently allow for smoking - with the entire suite smelling badly.

I like the design, and the dependencies. The staff were really nice.

The wifi was not working properly and the TV was very limited and old.

There is a nic bath in the bathroom, that's all..

Splotchy floor, no air condition, even if it's 20°C outside, it's 27 inside.. they should change the 50 yo carpets on the floors..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the bus stop, and the u-bahn stations, so easy access. Parking was also no problem. The room was a good size, a little dated but everything there what you needed. The bed was really comfortable which meant a really good night's sleep ?

Nothing really to say here. The hotel rooms are a little dated, but that is okay. Everything we needed was there.

The location was good and quite calm. The breakfast was exceptional. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the two boys on the reception and the cleaning lady from Ukraine,the location was good as well

I didn't like that here on booking was not saying and we were not informed that during the Easter the bar and the restaurant will not work.Traveling with toddler we were counting on staying in the hotel for lunch and dinnerAlso was saying on booking that will be one bed but were two single beds the crib even was ordered it was not set up
