A hotel where I liked first of all the hospitality and wonderful staff, close to my work area and in a quiet and beautiful area. There is a parking lot in the backyard of the hotel.A spacious, beautiful room and daily cleanliness from people interested in customer comfort.A wonderful daily breakfast and delicious coffee.I sat for 22 days where they became my friends and they were wonderful days I thank them a lot .By the way, I liked the hotel's distinctive pink color. Thanks

Nice breakfast, polite staff. Good location for local hospitals.

Would be nice to have turned on the heating in the room prior to arrival!

It is ok value for money but do not count on customer support or room description.

The room was supposed to be equipped with hairdryer. Mine was not. The staff is not available in the morning (I was informed that there is someone in the reception only after 14:00 and the phone was not picked up, so nobody could provide a replacement etc.

Clean rooms, most things that you needed. Shower was clean and powerful.

No iron which was very strange for a business customer-focused hotel. Because staff were only available 09.00-14.00, we were unable to ask anyone for an iron.

Everything very clean. The room I stayed in was large and well equipped.

Location

Said there would be breakfast in the morning, but nothing was available. No personal either to explain. Paid for nothing.

Free parking. Next to mhh

Room is hot. No air conditioning

It was clean and very quiet

There was no breakfast

Clean, quiet and well located

Great location. A short walk to market and restaurants. A few meters away from bus and tram.

Breakfast was presented well and filling.A little more variety would be appreciated when staying for more than 3 days.

Same breakfast everyday, however it was filling Nearby Rewe store available

Nobody to reach out in night. Chef was cooperative. Ideal place to stay for any work in Hannover medical school

Hotel closer to MHH,5 minutes walk. Cooperative staff. Would provide breakfast even at 6:30 am on request.

Nothing specific

clean, basic but nice

having to ask the receptionist for tea water each morning. breakfast cereals lefts out overnight

Room was clean, wifi was adequate, staff were very good

Price was very high for a what turned out to be a single bed with a tiny duvet not big enough for an adult, the card receiver was broken so electrics kept switching off, and overall the hotel is dated and run down.

Room is clean, stuff is friendly, breakfast is good.

The room is hot and do not have an air conditioner.

very nice staff. room was quite spacious and clean.
