Great stay. The location is perfect, directly opposite the new town hall on the main tourist trail, also just a couple of minutes from the main shopping centre with an abundance of restaurants and bars.The bedroom and bathroom were both really quite large, clean and comfortable.The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating.There are just a couple of small niggles but I would, without reservation, stay again.

There are lights in the bedside tables but no plug sockets or usb charging points. When my neighbours arrived back to there room at 2am I could hear them talking. It could be that they were loud but I suspect that the walls just don't insulate sound very well. It's not that they woke me or kept me up, but if you are a very light sleeper it could be an issue.

There was €250 stolen from our room by the cleaning ladies. The police came and a police rapport was made. The police told us that this was already the 3rd time in 2 weeks that this had happened! The hotel promised us a free room in exchange for the missing money. When we went back the next day to claim the room they suddenly changed their minds and said that they couldn’t give us back anything because the cleaning company (which they hired) was an external company. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS!

The room is very small with Single bed in comparison to the price 120€/nightNo one was in the reception and they provide me an access Code which doesn't work and I had to struggel for half an hour and calling them many timesIt appears I was not the only guest to Face this problem at the endVery disappointing

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, although it was generally acceptable. Also, the room was extremely warm, and the duvet was quite heavy — I felt uncomfortably hot at night.

Great location with good value for money. Parking nearby (on street).

Location is perfect, within walking distance to huge lake and park as well to excellent restaurants beautifully located on the rambling river. At the same time next to those are a slew of smaller pubs and restaurants And easy walking distance to the underground and main Hannover station

The use of perfume in cleaning agents and personal hygiene products in the rooms seems somewhat excessive. If you get noisy neighbors you will definitely hear them through the walls.

Super dirty. Swiped over the floor. Completely vlack. Furniture was looose and needed to be repaired. There were actually dirt splashes on the lavatory seat...

Flexibility for late arrival has been appreciated! Possibility for free parking nearby with great view on the main city park. The room and bathroom were large and beds comfortable. And I enjoyed a wonderful free espresso coffee when leaving.

Excellent location. Clean and modern, good breakfast. Handy for underground travel, 2 stops from Hauptbanhof. Short walk to old part of town.

Bed softer than I'd like but that's just personal preference.
