Very rude and impolite staff. I asked for a glass of water from the waiter/concierge and he ignored at first then replied without eye contact that he's busy, we noticed that he was on his way to serve other guests but his attitude was impolite. Later came and said "we do not serve tap water, you have to order, but this time it's ok". Like what!??! And btw, as displayed in the lobby and inside the room, we should receive a bottle of water for our stay, which we even didn't find, and we didn't mention. But all this rudeness just because we politely asked forba glass of water?!! The guy looked in his 30s with a black beard.

Location was good and 24/7 reception was good .Clean and tidy up to date room and shower

No water or coffee making facilities in room- water had to be bought at the bar in reception and they only had fizzy expensive water . Free water if you were a member.The bathroom smelt of sewage for no obvious reason.The bed was foam and not very comfortable, whilst the pillows were over stuffed, so being over hot with the air conditioning not working a not very comfortable couple of nights

Absolutely perfect. Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. The rooms were spotless and had everything you need. Short walk to the centre so the hotel is in a very convenient spot. 100% would stay at this hotel again, genuinely have nothing bad to say about it. Highly recommend and thank you again

Modern hotel in a central. Convenient location, nice area near the opera, you can walk to the old town or take the metro on the train station at the door to explore the city further away. Staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast like in every Motel One hotel could have better quality, from food to coffee.The bathroom could be a little bit bigger.
