Dormero Hotel Hannover

The room was very spacious, and equipped with everything I needed. Location is right on the metro station. Which was very convenient. The area itself isn’t very exiting but I had to work nearby so to me it was practical. I love the complimentary cold and hot drinks table at the lobby. The gym was great and well equipped.

The neighborhood isn’t the most interesting. But the hotel is well connected to city center and has enough places to eat around.

Room is clean. It has basics. The bathroom is with the nice shower.

The tea and coffee is not in the room but at reception. Very often the hot water and coffee is not available and you need to ask staff to bring it. It takes them 30+ mins to do so. The staff at reception is not very helpful, basic info only. Robots can replace them very well. Also the hotel charges you, so called "City Tax", in addition to the fare (not including in the booking). And the amount charged is higher then official amount available in Hannover regulations. The response is generic: we charge a service fee.If you book a stay around 50EUR a night then it is disappointing but OK. However if the property asks for a higher amount - look for the alternatives.

Electric vehicle chargers not working. I not been informed about this before I paid 20€ for parking.

1. Friendly staff.2. Good parking space for a large car or van.3. Good breakfast!

1. In check took a bit longer, it was busy when I arrived and at first only 1 person at the counter. But they did fix it.2. Room was a bit noisy, other curtains might fix it.

Location was perfect, the food was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable

Well priced. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Excellent WiFi.

Breakfast is overpriced. Gym could do with additional resistance machines (cable machine). Breakfast overpriced. Lack of English TV channels or option to use own Firestick. Cat wandering around reception isn’t good for those allergic to cats! Check in takes way too long.

location is very good. wherever to go, can get on subway closely and quickly. Breakfast is OKReception ladies are patient and polite.

Bed is too small, breakfast can be more change every day than last day. as many people live more than one day for show mostly, if so, can expect surprise on each breakfast.

A nice, convenient place, close to the city center. A pricey, but very tasty breakfast. Definitely recomendable at this price range.

The only thing was the tidiness of the room. Breadcrumbs in the bed, like someone just ate their breakfast there. The armchair was covered with long dark hair. TV only received a couple of channels and the remote was the stickiest thing I had ever held in my hand. Near the entrance there was a very unplesent smell.

Very friendly, cat-loving.

A second bottle of beer was missing , carpet in the elevator is terrifying. ;)

Cosy and comfy room, with big comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It's a pity that the hotel only provides Tesla charging stations, with only one additional power outlet

Excellent value for money. Might be a bit outdated here and there but when putting this in relation to the price per night it’s hard to beat in Hannover. Considering this I can not complain at all. They even got a decent gym and location is great to get around. Was able to checkout till 2pm on a Sunday without extra charge.

Just a minor thing which can be fixed easily: Mounting of the shower head was a bit loose, so you needed to hold it in your hand whilst showering - other than that all good!

Convenient and fast check-in and check-out. The staff is always willing to listen and help.The location is very convenient, close to public transport stops

It would be advisable to add an electric kettle to the room so that you can drink tea or coffee in the evening.
