InterCityHotel Hannover

Contemporary design, very clean and adequate size

The air conditioning circulated air come out, but no cooling effect

Staff, location.

The convenience of the breakfast.

Receptionist guy were respectful, he is doing his job well I were there with my cousin , great place in front of hbf

Clean and comfortable, as I’ve come to expect from Intercity hotels, and in a very convenient location close to the Hbf and within walking distance of the city centre. Excellent buffet breakfast as usual.

I initially went to the wrong hotel, as there are 2 Intercity hotels and the “headline name” is simply Intercity Hotel Hannover, so I went to the one I had used before.

The location and cleanness are great! I have to say the breakfast is also worth the money.

I booked a few hours before arrival. Arriving after midnight was no problem thanks to the 24 hours reception. The price for a very late booking at such a location and that level of comfort is very good value for money. I had an excellent night of sleep.

Do I have to add something negative? Everything was great. OK: the view is not very exciting.

Great location. Decent breakfast.

Although we had a room on the 4th Floor there was still quite a lot of noise from the street. The shower could do with a touch up. Mouldy in some corners.

Location, room amenities

The bed

Close to the main station ~5mins and rich breakfast

Interior is not that new and modern; not bright in the room

Good location near to central rail station, very helpful staff.

Was pretty basic however was clean and a comfortable bed. Could not get get any food at hotel on evening arrival so had to go out

Nice hotel with a good bed and good facilities 2 min walk from the Hauptbaanhof

The stuff was very kind and they served a very good breakfast.

A little bit noisy even at the 5th floor.

The staff is very friendly, customer focused and helpful especially Anas and M. Mroz….location is superb you are practically one foot away from restaurants, all sorts of transportation, shopping area…cleanliness and comfort were easily captured…True value for money and definitely it will be my choice anytime I will be visiting Hannover

Needs more sound isolation for the floor

Nice breakfast and friendlystaff

Only one small pillow

Excellent hotel right in the middle of everything good staff and super clean ?

The big rooms and location

You hear lots of noise from outside 8such as passing cars and people talking.

Handy for railway station. As an Intercity I knew what standard of accommodation I would receive and this was as expected

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. To keep up with the competition and guests ever increasing demands this should be standard in all hotels.I arrived in the dark and the sign was not illuminated making it difficult to pick out amongst the bright lights of the street scene.

Center of the city

Reception official is slow taking loads of time for check in of customers . Also failed to provider two access card for room when we are two travelers

I got an Upgrade that was a nice surprise. Close to the Central station was good. People Friendly . Breakfast was Very good and varied.

Nothing .
