It is quite good for one night with basic breakfast and free of charge parking

Good position in the town

Only voile curtains so it felt weird not being able to close curtains for privacy even though our room was into a shrubbery there could've been someone out there

Affordable, good size room, basic continental breakfast, close to Rewe supermarket, a water bottle in the room

They have just 6 parking places so we were obliged to park in the street. The ventilator in the bathroom was very noisy and impossible to be shut off manually, no elevator.

poor wifi kept cutting out and no restaurant we had no place to eat we arrived monday and the one main good restaurant in the area was closed that made things hard and then to find another place to eat

Staff was friendly

Old-fashioned. The hotel needs updating. Beds are very small and uncomfortable. The choice for breakfast was almost nothing, bare minimum. I would not recommend it

Staff we not unpolite but not very friendly either, it was not a typical german welcome.There was a minor admin error with the city tax which they miscalculated. For some reason it was complicated for them to refund me the €12 i was overcharged. In the week i stayed there, they didnt manage it and promised to do it yesterday, but am still waiting. Any sensible establishment would have just given me the cash rather than let me leave with a sense of annoyance. I was frustrated i had to ask 3 times. I was given the impression that the team were new at running the hotel and despite their best intentions are slightly out of their depth.Which is a shame as the hotel itself is very reasonably appointed, but left a bit souless.A week later and I have to down grade the result as the hotel has basically ghosted me , making a minor inconvenience into a major issue. Still not refunded the over charged tax - nor provided requested invoice. Crazy, not professional at all.

Clean, tidy, calm. Excellent personnel. Near Ustra line 9 stop, easy access to all Hannover without a car...

Hate Hannover for their "Messe" pricing. Not a big fair, hotels/restaurants nearly empty and still 200% rates. I would happily stay 2 nights, but why should I pay double, if I can reach Magdeburg in 1 hr and pay 50% for doubled standard stay?

Unfortunately, because there wasn't A/C, the room got very hot.

The staff have been amazing, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs are allowed in the dining room. The hotel isn't big, has nice family feel & a lovely atmosphere. The location is great as easy to drive to off the motorway. Tram no 9 is just round the corner 300/400 meters away and it'll take you to the city centre. It's very clear and easy to use. You can purchase tram tickets in the Kiosk just by the tram stop.Hannover is beautiful to explore. We we're lucky to stay there where the lake festival was on. We took a boat trip round the lake. The whole Hannover is super dog friendly with dogs being allowed in shopping malls, etc. We'll definitely be back & we'll be recommending this hotel to family & friends.

The beds were so comfortable, one of the best nights of sleep in a little while. Breakfast had a really good range of meats and cheeses which went down well with us all.

There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.
