The room was clean and the manager is very helpful. you will find an oriental restaurant and a Rewe store right next door. A bus station right next door and a U bahn station less than 10 min walk away.

OK room with good shower and toilet. No free shower cream or shampoo was offered, which is good to know in advance. There is only some hand soap in the room. No breakfast available at the hotel, nor in the surroundings, however a nice bakery around the corner where you can purchase a coffee and some bakeries and have either at the room or in the common kitchen downstairs.

The poor guy at the reception had to call his mother (the owner) to get information on payments and room numbers. This was a huge mess and not only did we have to check that the price that they wanted to charge us corresponded to our booking confirmation (price difference was not due to city tax which is beyond their control of course), but there was a big confusion with room numbers. My colleague even got a key to a room that was already occupied, luckily with one of our colleagues, so he didn't walk in on a stranger. Overall a very messy experience. Price was extremely high compared to facilities and service, but due to the big fair in the city that drove up all prices beyond reasonable.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. They opened the main entrance in about five minutes which was initially locked.

The heating in the room was not working, making it quite cold. Although I had informed the staff earlier in the afternoon that I would be checking in late, I still had to call them on my cell phone since the entrance was closed. The room had two single beds that were placed next to each other, but they separated from each other while sleeping.

Staff is very cooperative and it was clean. All facilities were good. I like this hotel. Restaurants were near and Good taste.

I booked this one for a friend. She really liked the helpful staff and the comfy bed. It was definitely great for a one night stay

The sound of the main automatic door is carried inside and it can be noisy sometimes

the service is a scam, I initially booked a nice room with bathroom, but about a month before I was due to go to the room, they switched me to a basement room with shared prices, and they did that right about when the prices went up, which forced me to stay. The staff is terrible and so is the management, for all the time I stayed (2 weeks) they never cleaned my room, or changed the bed sheets bathroom is also terribly disgusting. wouldn’t recommend, in my opinion a very sneaky hotel trying to maximise profits to the point where the experience is awful.

everything… service, no Wi-Fi in the room… it turned that I lived in the basement without a window… no toilet paper in the bathrooms… everything was dirty, low quality… do not ever go there!

The cleanness and tidiness of the room are at a great level. Also great hospitality and eagerness to help of the hotel owners
