The Food, ambiance in the common area.

The room was a bit too small that I stumbled on the TV Cabinet every time I went from one side of the Room to the other.

We liked the hotel in general and location was greatBreakfast was lovely and evening Restaurant was very good too.The staff were all lovely and very helpful except for the incident we had regarding payment.

We were charged elevated show-day rates for nights when no show was scheduled, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the room provided insufficient storage, and given the premium rates we were paying, relying on our suitcases for basic storage space was unacceptable.On our second day, a Friday evening, we were informed by the Manager that the full balance had to be settled immediately or our stay would be discontinued. Despite explaining that all relevant offices were closed and that resolving the matter would not be possible until the following day, no flexibility was offered. We were still required to make an immediate payment. Considering the substantial amount we were spending on our overall stay, this approach felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rigid. The full payment was, as committed, made the next day. However, the situation could have been handled with considerably more understanding and courtesy. Regrettably, for the sake of a single day, this experience has resulted in the loss of what could have been a loyal returning customer.

My view of the hotel was tainted by other issue.No further comment on what I felt about my stay at this hotel.

I was to stay here with 2 colleagues that were booked for 8 nights. They were later able to get a flight home a day early. The hotel refused them to cancel one night. They should cancel and rebook one night less. The offer for 7 nights was substantially higher than for 8. They booked another location close by and were very happy there. I find this unacceptable, it undermines any good faith to the guest. We will be back to Hannover but not to Me and All.

Room was so tiny. No drawers or wardrobe. No daily water. “Free minibar”. Consisted of 3 bottles, hardly a selling point for a 4 night stay. Sink at end of bed as was the shower too. Staff were hit and miss, often hard to get their attention and overall we found the hotel didn’t reflect the price paid Ps. We actually left a day early

Cool bar area

Water leaked through my shower door, the lighting in the rooms is awful to put on make-up....the lighting creates a nice atmosphere, but it's not practical for getting ready. The staff were so-so....depends on who you got. Drinks - coffee, water, wine...all of them are super expensive.

Decor, great service and amenities. Cleanliness and comfortable bed. Delicious and quality breakfast.

Small car park only for a handful of cars. I’m also not a fan having a sink in a bedroom but appreciate a very original decor.

Location (central and close to the U-Bahn), fresh style, free drinks in the room, cleanness, parking (paying) including for electric cars (paying).

The staff wasn’t particularly nice neither at the reception nor at the restaurant/ bar. The quality of food and drinks was ok, but not great (beer was served quite warm). Breakfast on the other side was great, both for variety and quality.Parking (including for electric cars) was good, but the charging fee wasn’t explicitly mentioned by the staff when we asked about the service.Lastly, room was spacious and stylist, even though the restroom was ‘split’ in different parts and open: sink in the living/ bedroom, shower with a transparent door, and WC with a semi-transparent sliding door.

Staff were very nice and flexible. I could stay in the breakfast room after it finished to do some work, the gym is well equipped, sauna and even the minibar are free!

There was no desk in the room. Not a big deal, but that would be the only improvement I'd think of

insufficient parking and very confined, excessive parking charges, small room for the money, no real restaurant but did offer nice snacks but took a long time to arrive, insufficient staff as usually one person covering reception desk and bar early evening. Shower head 50% blocked with scale - which I tried to fix myself.

Came for a conference do nightly rate was very high. For $600/night was surprised to be charged $1 for each additional coffee pod to have coffee after the first night
