Smartcity Designhotel

The room was clean comfortable, big enough for two guests and basic.The images online were accurate. There is a safe if you need one. We chose not to have the room cleaned, we were only there for two nights and felt this was a waste of resources. The staff were polite and helpful.We decided to eat breakfast in local places for variety and this was the best decision as we found some great restaurants to dine. The hotel is perfectly located for sight seeing, 5 min walk from the main station and many amenities.

A finer curtain to let in light behind the heavy curtains when they're open would be useful. The room has floor to ceiling windows therefore fully exposed to apartments opposite and people walking by. We were in room 705.

Rooms were clean, warm, spacious and nicely decorated.

Almost impossible to adjust a constant water temperature in the shower.Elevator was in the morning out of service.

Excellent room with lots of space. I love the view with the tall windows. Very large and comfortable bed. Walking distance from all the highlights of the city. We have stayed here before and will definately return.

The room was beautiful, great views and very comfy. Staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly.

As mentioned in other reviews if you're travelling with friends the shower isn't really usable due to the clear glass door and mirror opposite unless someone leaves.

No tea or coffeemaker in the room.Very big windows ( ceiling to floor) made it impossible to open curtains without feeling exposed.

Due to the near trainstation, you hear heavy transport trains all night. Sleeping with window open or even with closed windows can become fairly load

Location is great and close to all the highlights. Walking distance to the center and close to the trainstation. The room is spacious and very clever with the shower and toilet division. View is excellent with ceiling to floor windows, great room! This was our second stay at this hotel and will definately stay here again on our next trip to Hannover.

There was no water cooker or coffee machine in the room

It is close to the City and the Main Station. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly.
