Grand Palace Hotel Hannover

The hotel is conveniently located within short walking distance from the Central Train Station, as well as from the city center. There are plenty of choices nearby for shopping, restaurants and cafes. Our room was bigger than expected, cozy and quiet, very clean, with comfortable bed. Breakfast served was quite decent and the staff was polite and pleasant. Grand Palace offers great value for money and we would certainly stay there again.

I cannot point out something particular I didn't like. All aspects of the hotel met or even exceeded our expectations.

Everything is perfect. You can not imagine breakfast is included in the price. The staff is really polite and friendly.

One bad thing is the sound proof is not good.

Location is excellent but the hotel is in need of a revamp, carpets are dirty and smelly. Room was clean but beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast included but we only ate breakfast once as it was very basic & generic.

They advertise that there is a fitness center - but it is just a room at the end of a hall with a few old machines and a weight bench with no weights - not good.

Hotel is 5 min by walking to central hbf, breakfast is open buffet very nice, the room is clean, the design of hotel is characteristic I like

My second day in the hotel I request water it is 4 star hotel so they have to give water daily but they didn’t. It is rude for me one bottle water cannot be extra for this kind of hotel I surprised they told me buy it from machine

Central location, big rooms (family room), spacious hotel, very clean, friendly staff

We liked everything. Maybe a little bit noisy in the rooms facing the street, but only during rush hour.

The spaciousness of the room and the bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The breakfast was good and good value.

The lobby has a sewage smell luckily not in the rooms. The parking is minimal and a problem if full. The carpets in the hallway to the rooms needs replacing.

Quick check in process. Great location. Basic breakfast, but did the job. Very comfortable and clean. Wall are well isolated.

There was no kettle in the room. Would be nice to have a tea or coffee, especially for the 4 star...

In the very convenient place - not far from the railway station, close to Christmas markets and shopping centres. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Was clean

Breakfast was not good No slippers no Rob Only EU switch for chargers

Location , breakfast buffet

Bed uncomfortable

Breakfast was really good. The room was large and it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was good.

The location with walking distance of the station. A large, quiet room.

All very clean, but visually showing its age.

The cleanliness, location and breakfast were good.

There was no handheld shower, which is the first time this has happened to me and was a big inconvenience. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was quite noisy and disturbed me at night.

Great location. Nice big rooms. Clean and friendly staff

Bar was closed and breakfast was disappointing.

Great room, nice breakfast, helpful staff.

Great location, good breakfast choice, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, room very quiet

Carpet a bit tired looking, no gym room

Close to central station. The reception man was very helpful. He proposed to prepare lunch box for me because i need to checkout very early at 6am and breakfast not yet open.

The aircon not adjustable and the room very cold. No electric kettle in the room for hot drink as well.

location and staff were very good

room is from an older period. Could have new paint

The team at the reception and breakfast were fantastic - kind, helpful and made my day! Facilities are just fine, location is great.

All was good. A bit of noise coming from the train station but it was OK

Good location easy walk from the train station, all the staff were very friendly, bathroom clean, room size ok.

Carpets were a bit tired and could do with an upgrade soon.
