The staff was very good, room was nice and the location was just great. Everything is nearby within walking distance.

Staff is great kind, she treated with us as her family, room size is big , clean , no noise, have a fridge inside room, location in the heart of Hannover, price is cheaper comparing with other options in that time, thanks for the great service.

the reception staff help us arrange a 4am morning taxi. appreciate for his help anyway. the hotel has some age, but the price is reasonable.

The stuff are so good

Its soooo dirty you can see the spiders and spiders net every where there’s a hole in the door the window doesn’t close very well and there’s yellow spots on the bed with big dirty yellow at the blanket as it’s never cleaned before it’s so dirty

Smelled like cigarettes.

Things were old and kind of broken or with missing pieces.

The staff was very friendly. The only positive thing about this hotel.

The room smells cigarettes. It was not possible to sleep there. The first night was terrible. The second night, I got a better room. And it was very laut outside. A 24-hour night club was in the corner.

They had a mice infestation problem and mouse traps in the rooms, with mice excrements around which meant it was an ongoing issue.I asked for a refund which they refused to give, I didn't spend the night there.

The location near to the Hannover central station.

Facilities were old.there were no needed things in the room like a trash bin.the bed was old and uncomfortable

- Location is good close to tram station and 10min walk from train station.- Price was lowest in the city center.

- Room smelled tobacco, fully oversmoked.- Around is noicy streets, but even closed windows provides no soundproof, but you can't close it because there's no air conditioning in room.- Room door doesn't provide any soundproofing, seems like sleeping in the staircase.- Washing room unclean- Water is leaking from shower into room on a carpet- Old furniture.- Very low light in the room.- Reception has limited hours.

I like that place is comfortable no body ask you any questions and I have my own key I can go and come back any time no body disturb you

Absolutely horrible dirty, holes in door, fungas is everywhere, sockets do not workBy departure no people on reception. I have called many times . By arrival there were no change and on reception told me that I will get it by disparate. No people, no change.No trash cansPillows are very bad. At night was very loud the whole night. Many people screamed and spoke very loud.

Building cannot really be called a hotel. Room was very poor and I got smoker room, which was very unpleasant.

Staff was really nice. Bed was comfortable to sleep, sheets were clean. The room had all the facilities. Overall the hostel was just what I excepted for the money. Would definetly sleep here again! The location is near train station and shops.

The shower needs some deep cleaning, the toilet buttom was almost broken, so were the light switches, one nightstand light didnt work

The bed was comfortable in a large room. It is centrally placed for the major sites and the owner or manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The shower room floor was slippery and needed a mat.The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling and was minus its battery. The TV did not work and we could not access any channels. We mentioned these to; we think; the owner, but nothing was done but next day on mentioning these things again at our departure, he said he may some time invest in a linked smoke detector system, which seems a necessary safety measure for a five or six story building. An extra upfront charge was put on the bill on arrival for service or some such.
