Best Western Hotel Viernheim Mannheim

The hotel was easy to find, It was decorated very nicely. The room was a very clean, and it had A/C that worked maybe too well. AC is a rare find in Germany, really Europe as a whole, so that was a plus. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

We didn't have any problems. The only strange thing is the lobby closes at 11 so you have to enter through the back entrance. My only question is what do you do if you get locked out of your room after the staff has left?

New and clean

Room was extremely small, no closet, staff is less than stellar. Nice ungated parking lot, but they charge 5 euro for parking. No coffee was available.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

We had no hot water to shower the whole of Sunday till we left the next morning. The explanation I got is that it is Sunday. To that I can only say that if you choose to operate a business on Sunday, you should have all the facilities working on Sunday.

Modern, clean and comfortable.

Few or no open restaurants nearby, and the hotel only offers room service delivered by robot (!)

The room is not large, but kind staffs and good breakfast make the great trip！

Room size and design, air conditioning, bed size.

Room was filthy: dust bunnies and hair on the floor, hair in sink and shower, and waste bin was completely filled with trash/hygiene products.

Clean and nice room, freindly staff. Good breakfast, price for breakfast for kid is reasonable. Parking in front of the hotel.

No restaurent for meal in the hotel, neither nearby with walking distance.

The rooms were very clean and modern. Wifi was very good and plenty of power sockets. Breakfast was very good.

I made the mistake that think it was a Best Western it would have a restaurant, however they only had breakfast facilities so had to go out for an evening meal. I should have checked.

Newly built, everything is fresh and clean. Rooms are basic, but has what you need. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. Only complaint is the orange juice which is on the boring side. The coffee is very good.

The orange juice is low quality, everything else is excellent.

Easy to reach from the Mainroad. Nice staff and a good breakfast. Parking just outside the entrance.

Great location for motorway network, and very quite. Very clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Would certain use again and recommend.

Nothing overall great stay

Very well thought-out room with great attention to detail. Very comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff

Everything was good

The hotel is new, nice and clean. The location is great if you’re traveling by car and need to stay somewhere overnight. Plenty of space nearby to park your car. EV charger is present nearby too.

The fan in the bathroom is always on and can’t be turned off. The breakfast is ok but the food selection is mediocre.

Great shower & bathroom; 24H cold drink service; very comfy bed.

Surprised that there was NO fridge, which went against my expectations. Additionaly, the ventilator in the bathroom was always on, including at night.

Easy access to Tram and Rewe ( supermarket). Breakfast was a lovely variety for the days I had.

I had to switch rooms as AC was broken and funny smell in bathroom.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good equipment and very nice personnel. Oh and perfect breakfast.

My expectations were met. ... Staff were pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed my two week stay at the hotel...... so pleasant and peaceful. I am looking forward to coming back to Germany and staying at this hotel.

Staff, was awesome, re-booked right away again. Exc. Price / performance value.

Personal thing. Mattress too jumpy and soft

Comfy, quiet, clean hotel in an easy to find location. Happy to use again!

40 min driving distance from Frankfurt airport. Hence it makes a comfortable stop before or after long flight. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Welcoming reception. A robot coming to your room was simply marvelous. This was our second stay.

Breakfast was nice, May be some better options for vegetarian guests could be thought.
