Great hotel, for people who don't like B&B. not to friendly just efficient, which was fine with me, but after a long flight a little smile goes a long way.

No ironing board in room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well cared for, the location is great, close to the mall, and private parking is available. Everything was excellent. I particularly appreciated the service — Ms. Saifon was very kind and made our stay even more enjoyable with her positive energy and welcoming attitude.

The beds were comfortable

We were there for a week and only had heating in the room collectively for 2 days. We escalated the problem several times, changed rooms 3 times but there was always some kind of problem and there was no technician available. It was 2 degrees Celsius outside at it was not very pleasant stay. They offered us two mobile heaters but when we took them to the room we realised they are not working. When we asked if they are joking they said there is nothing else they could do. Additionally one afternoon 2 separate people barged into the room without knocking while we were sleeping with our little daughter. When we demanded compensation all they offered us was measly 15 percent. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The hotel staff accommodated my request for a room on the top floor and I had a beautiful view from the window. The receptionist was very friendly, attentive and polite. I had a very comfortable stay

The hotel and the room were clean and tidy, staff was friendly and helpful, we only stayed for one night, but it was enjoyable. Nice and quiet, perfect for a rest on our long trip.

Very convenient location.

We would have preferred a shower cabin instead of a bath tube. The tube with the curtain did not prevent water from splashing out and flooding the floor of the bathroom, which made it difficult for further use given that the toilet was located also in the bathroom.

Comfortable beds, fridge in the room. Pleasant stuff.

Bar was closed during weekend. AC is not a real AC more as a fun.

the location was logistically convenient for us. The private parking and the possibility to bring our cat with us were definitely a plus.

the temperature in the room was too hot and we did not manage to cool it down to an acceptable level. the breakfast had an average choice of sweet items but definitely it was not in line with a 4* standard breakfast for the selection of savory items. Moreover, the hotel has a restaurant but it is open only 3 days a week and that's a shame as there are not many alternatives nearby and guests may prefer to have a meal without going out again, especially after a long trip.

Position is great as a stop during travelling.The room is very spacious so even when travelling with kids, there's enough room for everyone.Breakfast was good and abundant in choice.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, even though the property messaged it would be available from 3pm.The cleaning stuff rushed to clean and get the room ready, but forgot several things in the process:- Toilet paper was not changed- Trash bin in the bathroom was not emptied- Paper napkins tray in the bathroom was empty- Usually a couple of bottles of water are prepared for the new guests (based on several previous trips here), but were missing.The room smelled heavily in the beginning, we had to leave the window open for a while for it to get better.We are usually very happy with NH Mannheim Viernheim and understand issue can happen.We will be back in summer and hopefully have a great experience like we had in the past.

Lot of care in the details. Travelling during Easter with our two little kids. We found little chocolate bunnies prepared in the room.Also excellent care for animals with feeding bowls and a small dog bed prepared in the room. Small gestures that are not commonly seen elsewhere.Included breakfast was abundant and catered for all types of taste

Parking is great, breakfast is superb. Rooms are pretty big for the price. Great when you are traveling through and need a 1 night hotel.

It was unfortunate that we did not have connecting rooms (as requested). Now we had two rooms opposite to each other.

Room had all needed facilities, toileteries, TV, mini fridge. Breakfast was very decent but a bit overpriced

Lumpy pillows. Barely any head support. I woke up with neck pain every morning.

Nice modern hotel, good size room, comfy beds, good wifi, pet friendly. Close to shopping centre with lots of restaurants.

Nothing to complain about.

Location very close to the highway, perfect when travelling. Very confortable room and baby bad arranged nicely.

Parking a bit expensive in my opinion and not many places to eat nearby.
