Not sure where parking valet parked our rental car, but front bumper damaged with scratches. Not a big deal since we had full coverage. Would have been a big issue if it was our own car.

We absolutely loved this hotel and the village of Vico Equense! We made a mistake on our booking and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. I’m so happy we did, because we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful place with the most amazing people an extra day.

I loved everything!

The buffet isn't that big, but everything is super tasty and the service is really friendly. During breakfast, you get a great view of the sea and the rocky coast. All the staff at the hotel are really welcoming and always ready to help.

The shower in the bathroom could be a little bigger. When you take a shower, you are always under the stream of water, which is not very comfortable. In addition, the doors are designed in such a way that there is always water on the floor after showering.

The rooms that face the street are VERY noisy. I'm sure that the rooms facing water are very quiet -- two totally different experiences in one hotel. Unfortunately, we could only secure a street-facing room. Lastly, the valet parking staff stole Euros from our car -- two nights in a row. When I brought proof to the staff, they reimbursed me but it doesn't feel good to have thieves among staff...

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to train station and local town. Excellent breakfast. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Lovely views.

When visiting the hotel during the winter, when the outer pool and beach are not relevant, would have been nice having the option to enter the heated pool. Relaxing in the pool for 20-30 min, at the end of the day will cost 25 euro/person - seems a little too costy for that. Besides that - great hotel and highly recommended.

Beautiful facility, absolutely AMAZING breakfast including GF options and even cake. short walk into town and 2 wonderful gelato shops! Rooms were super clean and staff were super friendly and extra helpful!

our room was a bit stuffy and hot and we couldn’t get the fan or a/c to work.

Great hotel! Everything was nice! The ventilation in the bathroom could have been better. The cleaning of the bathroom too, it smelled like dried dirty water lingering in the air. Amazing breakfast and best service in all of the hotel on the other hand!

Exceptional stay at Hotel Mary!I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Mary. The location is excellent, with a beautiful sea view that made my visit unforgettable. The breakfast was great, offering plenty of choices to suit every taste.A special thanks to Vincenzo, the head waiter — always full of energy, wearing a warm smile, and showing a real passion for service. He was truly a gem and made each morning a pleasure.The reception team were also extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful in every aspect, always ready to assist with anything I needed.Their shuttle service was another big plus — very convenient, reasonably priced, and made getting around much easier.

Hidden gem of a hotel with stunning views. We used pool with outside bar on Oct 13th and it was sunny and warm. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Can also order custom omelet. Has shuttle for small fee. Had breakfast to go bags on the morning we left due to early departure. Arranged private transfer for us to Naples airport.

Air conditioning in room was difficult to figure out.

This hotel is the closest thing to a resort type property that we stayed during our trip to Italy. It was really lovely. Beautiful entrance nice dining room, nice pool, beautiful grounds.

I wouldn’t even say, this falls under the category of not liking, but you do have to understand that you are not quite in Sorrento. I actually didn’t realize how far we were from Sorrento. I had driven, and didn’t wanna have to drive into Sorrento. But the cab ride would’ve been too expensive. So we drove. And it really wasn’t that bad. We ended up really loving the hotel and happy we stayed there.
