The room smelled badly, half the lights did not work. Hand held shower only.

The staff was very nice, including the manager. We had enough space for 4 of us in two rooms. The rooms were clean, with towels and bed linen changed for the second night, and we were positively surprised by it. There is also free coffee/tea/juice available at the reception from the machine. The area is quiet.

There was no air circulation in the rooms, and the AC system didn't function either. Leaving windows completely open didn't help. Leaving the door open wasn't an option as there is a very bright night light just above the door and also people were checking in quite late at night and there is quite a traffic, people/cars by the doors. Containers with shower gel are fixed to the walls and I discovered that there was no soap only at the moment of taking shower; the receptionist was too busy to provide me with the soap right away, he didn't have any soap easily available, a really bizarre situation, those little things that can easily upset you during your travel. Another problem was a strange smell in one room, coming from the pillow/toilet, something like a mixture of mold and vape smell, so I almost didn't sleep through the whole night. Covering the pillow with a towel helped a bit. I got a different room for the second night and it was much better. I made a complaint to the manager, who was quite receptive. I also recommended to him to consider providing fans to his guests, though he commented that 37 of their fans were stolen by previous guests. Perhaps, fans could be fixed to the walls or another solution could be found making the rooms breathable at night.

The air conditioning didn't work and they didn't even try to fix it. Lots of guests were out, doors and windows open. In a heat wave (canicule) we couldn't sleep, it was very very bad.Now I have to drive long distance with my family in the car and without sleeping. Very dangerous and disrespectful I sent messages on the booking app and on the email provided by the hotel, to no avail, completely ignored. Booking shouldn't promote a hotel that includes Air conditioning without being true, especially in the summer and in a canicule and being a road hotel. It was really bad, never using this hotel chain again. Ah, in addition,the rooms are quite aged.

Finally, a Premiere Class that actually has a decent bathroom and shower. We even opted for breakfast on site, which was good. There are several dining options close to the hotel.

The bed is rather uncomfortable, and it is far from the centre of Lyon.

Dirtiest motel I’ve ever visited..Room was smelly because of humidity and mold.It was very dirty with cockroaches, dead and alive..

Clean and close to restaurant and supermarket. It is good option for short visits

Very impresos Ed with our room. Spacious , clean. Loved the microwave and fridge, great idea. The up-to-date charging points. Was very surprised. Ver quiet for a good nights sleep and bed very comfortable. Shower room could do with a little work. Eg. Clean sealant around shower but that was minor. Would definitely stay again.Loved the bright colours.

Parking was easy

Aggressive staff when I was given the wrong information via email about accessibility, but they did eventually find a solution. Room smelt of cigarettes and urine. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Excellent location for onward motorway travel... great breakfast choice... polite staff, clean and tidy place.

My pillows... using one is too small and two are too large... minor moan but, it did affect my sleep so more choice needed please...

I’ve been in this hotel many times as a stopover and it’s pretty decent for the price. The location is convenient as it’s near the highway and it has plenty parking spots

First time that happens but we got initially a room that was recently used and dirty (so they probably forgot to clean it). I went to the receptionist and got another room with no problem. The person didn’t speak much english but overall it was fine.

Very noisy and rowdy atmosphere because of youngsters banging on walls and doors all through the night

Location and possibility to park my car with boat was really comfortable. Also close to a good italian restaurant.

The bed and bathroom were ok (at least in line with the low costs) but the airconditioner was not providing any cool air (seemd just a fan) and air was not of good quality. opening window was not possible due to the mosquitos.

if you travel and need parking, a separate room with bed, shower and toilet and don’t want to pay a lot of money then it’s the best price-value option next to the motorway.as a bonus you get a tv, working airco, fridge and microwave. also if you’re lucky as we were you can park your car directly in the front of the room

The toilet and shower absolutely stunk. Obviously never seen any bleach or disinfectant of any kind.
