Cozy and beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and comfortable rooms! Location is good: public transports are right near, also there are cafes. In the room we had everything we needed, moreover stuff gave us medical plaster when i urgently needed it. Special thanks to new year horoscopes with fortune tellings/surprises!

Would be cool if guests could boil eggs by themselves to make the perfect ones for them (not only harf-boiled). And also would be amazing if for the New year/Christmas night hotel gifted guests small gifts or made special breakfast or small pleasant complement like special chocolate or something, that's would be really wonderful.

The breakfast was not too various (would be great to have some vegetables for ex), but quite decent. The location is very convenient - with the tram station nearby.

it is a perfect location. i come to lyon for concert. there a tram T 7 15 minutes directly from LDLC arena to this hotel. it is great help after the concert.

As usual with Ibis clean, functional and practical location.

Not to do with the property directly but for some reason Maps was not sending us quite to the right address but we found it in the end!

The hotel is conveniently located near both the train and metro stations, which connect directly to the city center and Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the area is quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest.

Cold roomThree times asked room temp to be increased and not done so. No control if room temperature in the room only control at reception, Had to have warm shower during the night to raise body temperature. Checked out early .

Clean and in a great area. Transportation to the airport or downtown was across the street.

The location. Very convienent.

You can't open the parking gate without leaving the car. You have to leave the car to reach the card reader. I did not feel safe at night to do that.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Has a bar and the metro was right outside. 2 floors of underground parking.

The shower drain in our room was blocked so couldn't have the shower on full power

Perfect location to access airport and transport into town. Secure parking. Very surprised about quality of the room and breakfast for the price. Staff so helpful.

The location was perfect for us due to a close by event. The breakfast is very good.

I would rather rate it as 2 star hotel and believe there are better value for money 3 star options. The clogged shower was fixed immediately but there are stains in curtains and walls so maintenance is urgently needed. The supposedly ecological options are only partial and for savings reasons, not by conviction, e.g. water temperature and pressure are extremely high.

Clean room, decent breakfast and helpful staff. They are able to assist with all aspects of your stay, and there is paid parking which is secure.

The hotel connected to a residential area which is very loud during the day with kids. Not the hotels fault.

Nice location, close to metro station. Within 15min walk could reach big Carreful supermarket. Very friendly staff. The room was simple, but was clean and good enough with this price.

Very nice place with easy access to the ASVEL stadium (visited Lyon for a basketball game). Spacious rooms in a newly renovated building and a decent breakfast. They even added a small sofa bed for our son at no extra cost. The price was much better over booking than in person, which is not always the case.

My stay at this hotel was generally very good. The staff tried their best to help and explain everything I needed. The breakfasts were very varied and delicious, I was especially surprised by the small selection of cheeses and delicious juices. The location is very convenient - there are all the necessary transport stops nearby (metro, buses, trams) and a large shopping center. I was also pleased that, according to my requests, there was a kettle in the room.

I think the cleaning of the rooms is done in a bit of a hurry. When I returned to the room, several small items from my bedside table were on the floor, as well as my earring and an unfinished bottle of water were missing. It was a small unpleasant surprise, but the staff themselves were extremely helpful, so it didn't spoil my visit.Also the rooms themselves are a little worn out, but that's absolutely normal considering the age of the hotel.
