The place was in a quiet place!

The check in is self service , which works good but if you need help there s no one available, you should go to the partner hotel , the best western!

When I order it was written spa and gym. When I arrived to hotel I u sweaters that gym spa and breast located in different hotel 300 meter walk

Good breakast and well equipped gym

I paid a higher rate because there was a football match which increased the overall rates in Munich. That being said, this hotel clearly took advantage of this by listing a room which did not fit the standards for a 300+ EUR value. On top of that, the room was not properly clean, the rooms are a 3 min walking distance from the reception and breakfast location (which should be ok if it doesnt rain). When I asked to do a late check-out, the staff actually had the courage of charging me an additional 20 EUR on an extremely high rate already. And on top of this, to the complete knowledge of the staff (confirmed by two different people at the reception), the address on the Booking.com under the google maps link, sent me to a completely different location, around 6 km from the actual location where the hotel is, without a proper connection. That being said - I had to pay a high rate for the room in bad condition, I was asked to pay an additional 20 EUR for the late check out and had to cover the taxi from the wrong address on the Booking.When presenting these facts to the reception, I got the typical "I am sorry but there is nothing I can do" with absolutely no empathy from the situation.

Very good hotel if you would like to visit the exhibition at Messe München. Hotel Erb is situated in a small town close to Munich, and you can get there by car in about 15 minutes. Or you can take a train to the München.ParkingThere is a large free parking area near Hotel West Bestern and a small parking lot for 8 cars near Hotel Erb.BreakfastBreakfast is served at Hotel West Bestern, a 5-minute walk away. But it's ok. Breakfast is very good and tasty with a wide choice of dishes.Reception is also in the Best Western Hotel.In this small town, there is a large supermarket, McDonald's, and pizza restaurants. They are a 5-minute drive from the hotel.Electric charging for TeslaNear McDonald's in the large parking area, there is a Tesla Supercharger. Very convenient!

The price during the exhibition in München is exorbitant.

The rooms are always - I travel a lot in this region and I always book a room here! - clean and very comfortable, there is never smoke smell in any room, breakfast is fabulous!

Nice rooms but all facilities are off site. Only 3 mins walk.

check-in at another hotel (that can be communicated before arriving)wifi signal is so bad in the corner room of ours that cannot be usedbathroom water drainage was stuck and took a long time to drain.

Breakfast is AMAZING! Staff at the breakfast is more than perfect. The room is the cleanest I have ever experienced, The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am SURELY coming back here!

- the placement of the toiletpaper holder (not knee friendly)- lack of wireless display functionality of the TV (it has the capability, but due to bad design you can not use it)

It was clean and I like idea about vending machines

I could hear everything from the corridor. My doors couldn't be closed from the inside. So I was there during Weeknd and people were coming back loud so I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything. I asked for as silent room as I could because of the baby and I got the one next to the lift....

Quite nice and modern room

You can hear everything from the corridor and from the other apartments. When using the toilet, you will easily understand conversations from the other room. Also, the room is tiny and check-in is in a different building, 5 min walk (not a huge problem though)

The location was right on the itinerary of my long roadtrip.

The location to do the check in is 3 blocs from the hotel, really not convenient when you program a late arrival and early departure.

Location was close to the Adele venue which was perfect, the town is cute but far away from Munich center.

The room was clean and the bed for a single person stay was excellent.

If you don't have a car the location is a bit troublesome, Uber didn't want to take my orders

Superbreakfast with everything you can wish, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon,sausages I cannot think of anything missing.Delicious bread plenty of alternatives to put on a sandwich.Fresh vegetables and for me the best of all is the super fresh fruit salad in to finalize the breakfast moment.Very nice persons working too.

Cant think of anything that I didn't like.

The hotel was easy to reach, had an AC and a comfortable bed, and window blinds. It was great for a one night stay

We forgot to read the message from the hotel telling us to check in at the Best Western first before going to the hotel. Could hear other guests in the corridor/ other rooms which woke us up. Other than that there was no noise from the road or anything else

Check in process was fluent. Parking lot is quite large, easy to park. You can travel to nearby train stop, if You want to visit city center.

Good location, in small village, not much around but good for a short stay!Room had a good size with comfortable beds, air conditioning, very quiet.Restaurant is a 1 min walk away. Breakfast is at the sister property, a short walk away and was really really good! It had a huge buffet with plenty of choice. Kids until 12 were eating free! So it ended up a really good value for the price!

- It’s a personal preference but I don’t like when the whole room has carpet on the floor. - Bathroom is a little outdated, the shower was in the bathtub.

Nice hotel, super features, cool restaurant! Cheap accommodation, expensive breakfast! Working air conditioner, which is not common in Germany!
