Arcus Hotel München Messe

The staff was SUPER HELPFUL. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen.

Unfortunately, our trip was to Oktoberfest in Munich, and we booked hotels a bit late. The rail/bus transport system worked well unless you arrived back late or if it was a Sunday.

Staff is friendly. The hotel has a very beautiful garden. Breakfast is one of the best you can get in Germany.

Breakfast couldn't be faulted. Located in small rural town with really good restaurant across the road. Evening meals not offered at hotel other than basics. Very quiet.

Value for money was poor due to demand for accommodation in area created by large exhibition. Normal rates would be excellent

The staff members were absolutely wonderful! So very friendly and accurate. My room was beyond clean, the windows made it soundproof and it was close to the highway te accommodate me a much needed stop. If I knew how nice the hotel was, I would have stayed longer. I'll save it in my account for a future trip!

Everything was beyond expectations.

Value for money ratio is excellent.Perfect location for the trade fair in Munich, great room, great bathroom, great breakfast. Friendliness and efficiency in every detail.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly restaurant staff

Arriving in evening at around 20:00, no one or reachable at reception and no answer on phone for about 20 minutes. Asked for Safe to be repaired (did not close); was not done in two days.

Great location, beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and super friendly staff!

Good breakfast & cleanliness

Not a good location as it is far away from Munich town centre. You need a car.

Breakfast was great lots of choices all the staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend it and go back.

Bathroom was tight very small other than that all good

Very good breakfast, friendly staff at the breakfast room

Rooms and basic but ok

It felt like a home, staff were super friendly, bedroom super comfortable. It was also very easy to get Ubers to anywhere if you aren’t very interested in public transport. I was there for Adele in Munich concert and they had a shuttle bus to take you to there and pick you up from there after. Would highly recommend!

Nice hotel, helpful, friendly and happy staff. They even put together a pizza when we got back so late after a concert and couldn’t get anything delivered to eat!

Nothing really except a bit of distance from the city centre but for the concert, a great location.

You will be staying at a very friendly, modern, clean, very well equipped bar wise and customer friendly run hotel in a very convenient location. Safe and large parking options. Nice rooms with outside sitting area. The lady at reception was super to meet and she made our day with the beer recommendations at the bar and the nice chats we had. I still remember that vividly, and I am writing this review months later ;-)

Nice SaunaNice breakfast

The beds were uncomfortable The walls were too thinNo air-con

It's a very clean hotel near the highway with nice and helpful staff. I recommend pizza and beer in the bar. Breakfast is excellent. We would come again! Wunderbar!

Nothing to say

Access to the saunaNice terrace to enjoy a drink in the eveningVery nice restaurant just across the road

A little too close to the road with quite a bit of traffic (during rush hours)

The sauna and the staff are incredible. It was quiet.

The rooms seemed bigger in pictures. And while we were happy to have a room with a balcony, it was small and stuffy.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was incredible

A little awkward to get in and out of the city centre, recommend researching bus times in advance

clean, comfortable and good breakfast

I waited at the reception for a long time. After a while, the barman came but he was not polite at all. He gave me a lower priced room instead of the room I booked through booking.com. He said that there was no room available despite my objection. Then the front desk staff came. He was more polite and understanding. When I asked him why I was not given the room I booked, he said that the room information on booking.com was wrong. It was not professional at all.

Location, clean room, gardens and friendly staff.

At breakfast there are no products for those with food intolerances(lactose, gluten, eggs) with the exception of 3 types of food, yogurt, pate and some fruits….
