Pool , food , perfect for family

We get a room where never have sun ! The bed it was not so comfortable! We have some ants in the room and bad smell ?

The room was great, spacious and clean and with the unexpected added bonus of a well-equipped kitchenette. The open-access spa is simply brilliant.

Honestly there was nothing not to like, I would cheerfully recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice and helpful staff, great view from our room to the ocean, all inclusive drinks, pretty good foods. Everything is clean.

I was impressed by the hotel's warm ambiance, attentive staff, and comfortable accommodations. The room was well-appointed, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were commendable.

The menu seemed to offer a limited selection of dishes, with little variation in terms of flavors and culinary styles. However the quality of the food itself was good.

The hotel is great, it is very clean, every day the rooms are cleaned and the sheets are changed. The staff in the hotel is extremely nice. the food is also very nice. The spa center is very good and the massages are great..tThe only thing that shocked me was that I ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport and the price was shocking for me 85 euros. My fare from the airport to the hotel with a transfer was 40 euros. Do not order a taxi from the hotel.I recommend the hotel to all my friends, great fun for kids and adults. I would definitely come back again.

We liked pretty much everything. Here are a few things we liked the most: The big selection of food and the snack bar in between the meals was really good. The kids really enjoyed the miniclub activities, which were for 2 hours daily and the minidisco after dinner. And we loved it too because there was always something for them to do. The location is great, providing an amazing view of the ocean and the coast; you also have shops at walking distance and bus stops nearby, which made it easy and cheap to travel to main attractions. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for families with kids.

The lifts are very slow, and one of them was going to -1 in error.

The hotel was excellent in many ways, the facilities were lovely, the staff were without exception kind and courteous, however the holiday was spoiled by sickness, which unfortunately points to an issue of contamination/poor hygiene. In line with many other reviews, we were affected by sickness and diahorrea, which was incredibly unpleasant and meant that several days of the holiday were completely ruined.

There is clearly an issue with hygiene or contamination, given the number of reviews citing this type of illness, and our experience being the same. This is a great shame as apart from this the hotel is excellent. However, when staying in a hotel, you do not expect it to make you violently ill. For this reason I would not return.

Towels in the spar were very smelly ( fabric conditioner), couldn’t use them,this was a minor problem,we bought 2 from the market.

I had a cockroach on me just as I was leaving getting into the lift!

Staff were so friendly, good choice of food and drink, there was a lot of entertainment for children and the room was lovely with a great view.

Cleanliness in the hotel is very good, I like how they take care of the environment and reduce the amount of plastic, the rooms are spacious and contain everything you need for a pleasant vacation. the hotel has a very nice spa area and every time you can get a new clean towel for the beach for only 1 euro. the food is varied and everything we tried was delicious.

The ventilation did not work in our bathroom, I don't know if it's the same in other rooms, it was not a problem for us as tourists, but I think that for them as hosts it affects the longevity of the bathroom.

Everything was fabulous, the hotel is right on the beach with a breathtaking view from the rooms , friendly and hardworking staff, large variety of food for everyone, heated swimming pool, quiet and beautiful location, lovely beach in front of the hotel.

Nothing I can think of.

The location was amazing being on the beach and having access to go outside to the beach and feed the fish or walk along the coast. Was a 20-30 minute drive to most places we visited. The staff was amazing and very prompt for cleaning up tables while eating. All the bartenders were amazing…need more of them!

The hotel advertised a kids club, but there was not scheduled hours to drop kids off — especially if you wanted to do a full day excursion, like other TUI affiliated resorts. The bars did not stay open late, they closed 10-15 mins earlier than advertised, and was not open past 2300. Need more daily activities to keep kids and adults entertained, as well as music playing by the pool all day would be nice. The family room was spacious, but we did not like the constant bugs/ants crawling around all the time. Also, the A/C was horrible. Barely worked at night and woke up sweating every night for 2 weeks. There was a lot of variety for food, but the quality of dinners was sub par. Breakfast was the same most days.
