The owner are great. The place is new and clean. The view is perfect.

NothingBut one point is that it is hard to drive or get to another place.

Everything! Right on beautiful Lake Como, and the staff super friendly & accommodating.

Nothing! The rooms were large for Europe & has an excellent breakfast.

Location was wonderful! Our room had a wonderful view of the lake with a large terrace. The hotel has a fabulous breakfast with many choices. A family owned hotel for 140 years. If you like a quiet, relaxing and friendly atmosphere, this is your place.

View from room 106 was fabulous, out over the lake and mountains. Breakfast was good, room was big, comfy and clean. Hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much. Would stay again.

The shower holder fitting was broken in the shower but very minor and did not tarnish the stay.

The staff was quite nice and there was ample parking and it was a very safe location.

There were limited options for dinner in the area unless you wanted to drive into town and in the summer, there are very few areas to drive to where you can find parking readily available and it was quite hectic in the small villages close by. As would be expected, of course however I think that would be the downside of the property location, not having anything close by to choose from for dinner within walking distance.

The people running the hotel are extremely kind and friendly, breakfast was great, view was incredible.. super calm, perfect for a weekend to get away from the busy cities

The room has no ac, the fan is not sufficient ... that's the main downside. And the name on google maps is a bit confusing as there are multiple hotels woth the same name, so look at the location and be careful !

We were a group of four women staying for one night while visiting Lake Como and Lake Lecco before heading to the Dolomites. This hotel is a family-run business, and we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The property is charmingly decorated in a classic style, very clean, spacious, and felt completely safe. The breakfast was complete and satisfying. Overall, great value for money.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful setting, close to ferries, quiet & not touristy at all. Owners told us about the nearby Moto Guzzi factory, a local secret? ?

Lack of modern TV (very old 10” monitor like), lack of air conditioner. It would be great if they could clearly state that the nearest train station from Milan is Lecco and not Como.

Breathtaking view from the balcony! Very convenient parking spots, a decent breakfast, and a lovely host. A very nice hotel overall!

This was an outstanding place to explore the many towns of Lake Como from! The owners gave us great tips and tricks of how to catch a ferry, where to dine, what to explore.

We loved everything

The view was amazing, right on the lake with a large, somewhat shared patio. It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners and staff put a lot of effort into a wonderful breakfast. The attached restaurant dinners were VERY good too. The area was small and quiet with good access to bus and ferry

The location, the staff and the view, truly Bella Vista, overlooking Lake Como and Lecco.

Great location, close to Lecco. Easy drive to lake areas. Lovely couple make every effort to take good care of guests.

Small public area next to check in, but no room to expand, unfortunately. This did NOT impact us negatively, though.

The owners were very helpful. The husband walked me to my room and showed me where everything was. They told me of places to go. The last day of my stay, I had to leave well before morning breakfast was served. They would have served early, but I was leaving much earlier than was reasonable. I did not expect them to accommodate me, but appreciated their trying to do so! The hotel is next to the lake. I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, but it was a short walk to town. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Next year, we will stay there for much longer.
