The views were stunning so I recommend spending the money for the view or terrace. Easily accessible to other villages around Lake Como. Breakfast was very good but Monica made our experience even that much better each and every day. Thank you, Monica ??

The room wasn't as clean as it should have been upon check in but it was taken care of.

Extremely disappointed in the recommendation of eating at the restaurant directly across from the hotel the pizza was served cold, it was sent back and returned just called with burnt crust and the Barada that was in the center of the pizza all broken up. I gave the staff at the hotel a picture of the returned food. It would do the hotel well to check it out and make sure that no one else has that same experience. It was highly recommended to eat there by the staff!

Wonderful hotel in a stunning, less known location. We did not want to stay in any of the major Como towns and we wanted a high end facility so we took a chance on this hotel relying only on internet reviews. We were delighted beyond expectations! Beautiful and modern hotel with stunning views of Lecco, the lake and the mountains. Easy walk to Lecco. Only negative is that ferries from Lecco are limited, so bus to Bellagio is the only public transportation. We had a car but other guests might want to plan ahead for excursions to other lake sights.

We understand why spa treatments are an up charge but we wished that it was possible to use the spa area and saunas without additional usage charge.

Location is great.

Overpriced in general. Paying 500 EUR per night (end of September - low season), you won't expect dirty and scratched walls in the room, a lack of a coffee machine to enjoy a good coffee during breakfast (you have to pay additionally), and a poor gym with no cooler containing water. Back to breakfast - under this price, I would expect some sparkling wine. The room itself is small (I selected with a terrace - that was nice).My verdict - do not go.

Was very convenient - parking was underneath the property. Views were perfect from our room. Beds were comfy.

Cost to value was not as great as I would have hoped though we did come during f1 weekend so maybe prices were inflated

The hotel itself was newly renovated and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

This is not “lake como”. It is at least an hour and a half travel to/from Bellagio and other popular spots to usually visit and travel. It rained really bad during our stay and the hotel had no games/cards to play or anything to do to keep you occupied. Also, everything is closed on Sunday and a lot of places were also closed on Monday (but don’t know of it was because of the rain or not). The surrounding town was kinda of dirty and grimey. There were maybe 3/4 restaurants on the main strip some of which were closed on Monday during the rain. There was also a wedding going on during our stay so amenities like the roof top bar were partially closed for other guests. And when it started raining they all poured into the inside bar drunk and rowdy.

the hotel is a bot basic one. the hotel is clean but the amenities are very basic. it looks like student accommodation more than hotel. the break could have more options.

After paying a high amount of money compared with other hotels in that area, the spa is not included and it extra charge. Parking is extra charge.

the AC didn't work as advertised. room high tech controllers shut of lights in the middle of shower, blinking all night. incredibly unhelpful nor profesional receptionist guy. pricy parking. It was so hot that we didn't sleep all night.
