Hotel Alberi

The location was great, the staff were helpful, and the room was a good size and was clean.

The bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE, like sleeping on the floor, and I think the plastic lining was still on because it was loud and sounded like a crinkle every time I tossed and turned. The pillows on the bed were also paper thin, but luckily there were some extras on the top shelf of the closet.

The location was great, the breakfast very good, very clean. The room good except there was a problem with the air conditioning. Luckily, the night was cool with the windows open, I was comfortable. Hopefully that is not a constant problem .

It’s behind McDonald’s and at night strange ozone are hanging around and shout all night under t’y our windows even in the backyard

Hotel has an excellent location on the lake in downtown Lecco. The staff (I guess who are also the owners) that work on reception are very nice, helpful and make you feel very welcome. Despite this being a slightly older hotel, the rooms are clean, everything works fine and the air conditioning manages to cool down the room even in a heatwave. My advice, get a room with a balcony facing the lake for some really nice views.

Great little hotel right on the lakefront. Excellent breakfast. Saturday market just outside the back door.

View from our room was of a parking lot and the beds were not very comfortable.

The location, the view from the window, clean and spacious bathroom. All in all, it was good for a 3 stars hotel.

The first night, the aircondition was generating noise until morning which made it difficult for us to sleep. Then i asked the reception and they turned it off themselves as it is not possible to turn it off with the control in the room. Also i found a silverfish on my bed when i removed the blanket.

Excellent stay, this property has very friendly and organized staff and the room is very well maintained. We had a comfortable stay here.

The room was nice and facing the water.

It was cold, not even the bathroom was switched on even though only 11 degs outside! Was given an extra blanket!!! The breakfast was awful, nothing fresh except some fruit. Coffee out of press button machine! Terrible for Italy.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake. Room was comfortable and clean.

Loved this hotel and the location was amazing! Bathroom was great and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was included and was lovely. Lecco is the most beautiful place to visit.

Would have liked to have access to English speaking TV and Netflix. I could get some English shows but my friend in her room was not able to access the same options. A kettle would be nice to make a cup of tea or coffee. There was absolutely no information on the hotel, how to use things like the TV and nothing about Lecco in the room. Perhaps consider putting a folder with info in the room to assist Lecco's visitors as we had trouble getting information about anything.

You can hear everything from the outside and corridor and even phone from reception. Not really soundproofing ?

We enjoyed a delightful one-night stay at Hotel Alberi. There were many good choices at breakfast. The dining area and our room had nice views of the lake and surroundings. It was the perfect location for our stay. Our room was clean and the managers happily offered to store our luggage the next morning which really helped us with our plans.

This is more of an issue for the city but the cars went fast along the road in front of the hotel, and mostly slowed when someone entered the crosswalk. Perhaps the speed limit could be reduced in such a high traffic to make the area safer for everyone.
