Hotel Demas München-Unterhaching

Towel warmer and lots of hot water in the shower.

The location was not very convenient to the city. It was an easy walk to the S bahn station. However, by the time we walked there and waited for the train, it was at least 30 minutes to downtown. The businesses around the hotel were not open tourist hours

Easy access to Public Transportation. Friendly staff. Clean room.

The hotel is very nice and so are the rooms. It's clean, quiet and spacious. They have free underground parking which was great. But my fave was the shower. Loved the pressure! After a walk in -5 degrees, the hot water was a dream! The room also has a coffee maker. Suggestion: a mini fridge in the room would be great!

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of hot water for showering. Secure place to park car. Staff were very helpful when I need a plaster.

There where no tea & coffee making facilities. There where no soap & shampoo product to use. Parking the car was a bit awkward because of limited space.

Free parking, decoration, cleanliness. The hotel is beautiful, I only spend one night but I would love to return because the restaurant looked very good. Staff was so friendly! Really beautiful hotel.

Hotel rooms are randomly placed and not easy to find. Elevators do not go to all floors had to access 2nd floor by using 1st floor and then going down long hallways and up a flight of stairs to find the room. It was hard to navigate as there were no room signs. Breakfast is expensive and not worth it ($25usd)The eggs were undercooked and runny. Milk for cereal was warm. Breakfast receptionist was rude. Asked for a room change as our entire group did not show up. Hotel was relatively empty. Staff did not accommodate us since we booked on a third party website. Charged us for two mornings worth of breakfast when we only ate once since we left to catch our flight before breakfast was served.

Went for a sports conference. Breakfast was excellent, staff was professional, you have everything you need for a short stay. About 40 minutes subway ride from the city center.

Staff was very polite. Room was clean. Parking available on site for free. Great deal for what you pay for. S bahn very close to hotel.

Nothing. Everything was ok. Hotel was under re-construction, but we were informed about it in time.

Restaurant and bar are excellent. Quick check in, check out. Quiet and relaxed.

For our first stay( with 2 ) , we got an upgrade - room was very nice, comfortable, clean, quite.... we had a drink at the bar downstairs.Breakfast was diversified and delicious.

Our second stay (with 3) - room was comfortable but not as much as the first one. There was no coffee machine in the room. For the rest, our stay was fine

The breakfast buffet here is always great.

Wifi is a disaster. Every time I come here, and every room I have ever been in, the wifi just does not work. The network is visible, but either does not connect or has really no internet. It only really works downstairs in reception. Also since the major hotel renovations. I would have expected also investment in improving the wifi, as this is clearly a known problem since years.

The design of the bedroom and the hotel was really nice. The bedroom has a coffee machine,wardrobe, and a flat TV. It doesn't contain a fridge or kettle, but we didn't need them. The bathroom is also very tidy, and the walk-in shower is big. There is free parking at the hotel and inside there is also a restaurant which we didn't try but looked very modern. If we had not eaten earlier, then we would have definitely tried it. :)

. Maybe the matres of the bed could be changed. You can feel a bump in it, but we could still sleep well.

Great property, the refurbishment has made a massive difference. Breakfast is great.

It was a nice, cozy hotel with kind and helpful staff and located a very short walk to the train station for easy access into Munich. Gabriel, at the front desk, was especially helpful with directions and a GREAT recommendation for local restaurants!

Our family of five stayed in two rooms, a double and a triple. The triple was partially covered by a glass roof over the bathroom; a bit uncomfortable for my modest family. Also, many people love a very firm mattress but these were over firm for my preference. Still, I slept ok and I’d go back.

Very good location, S-Bahn 5 minutes walking to reach Munich Center by train.

Very clean, big and spacious room, good bathroom, small kitchen in the room, 25 minutes by train from the center of Munich (marienplatz), amazing bar-restaurant, parking, comfortable mattresses, a lot of restaurants around, good value for money.
