NH Munchen Unterhaching

Our room was way bigger than expected and the bathroom was great.

There was not much around it I liked there was a grocery store close but it was a little far from resturants and other things to do.

Conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of restaurants, grocery store, and public transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful! We appreciated their efforts to be more environmentally friendly. Quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay!

We stayed with our kids, 6 and 9 years old. The room was really spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchen in case you like to have a bite in the room. S-Bahn is few minutes walk and you are in the center in less than 30min by train (which costs around 18 euro for an all-day family card). The staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the gummy bears in the hall! :)

There is nothing we did not like. We stayed only for 1 night on the way to Italy. It would be convenient to have a cafe/restaurant in the hotel.

Check-in was easy, including changing the floor level. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It also came with a pleasant and quiet view of the neighborhood (literally out the window). I enjoyed being a part of the neighborhood.It is an easy and pleasant walk from the hotel to a grocery, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, and the train station. - each from two to five minutes walk with nice paths and walkways.

Information continued to be an issue. In communicating prior to an anticipated earlier than normal arrival, we were invited to leave our bags and make use of the spa area, sauna and showers to refresh before going out. As luck would have it we arrived much later due to train connections and were able to check-in at regular hours. However, when I went to use the sauna I was 1) told I needed to ask reception to turn it on 2) was told that it was only available from 5 pm to 10 pm, 3) was told it was available with an hour notice and from 5-9pm, and 4) yes, we can turn it on in 30 minutes and there is a 5EU charge per person. On the website it clearly states that these services are available all day and no charge is mentioned at any time. Each item was addressed differently by different people.I also asked for linens to be changed out daily - we were hiking and in the cold so needed to clean up each morning and evening. We were supplied with one bath towel and one hand towel for two of us. Each day I ended up going to reception to request towels I could then take to the room and use as they were not ever replaced. Dirty linens were collected, but clean ones did not appear.

First off, the location is so convenient. It is walking distance to the train station and bus stop, with some restaurants nearby. The room was clean and well designed and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. After our first night, the toilet got broken and unfortunately the maintenance person who could fix it wouldn’t be back for 3 more days. Thus, we were graciously offered a free room change for the inconvenience which we sincerely appreciated. All in all, it was great value for money, especially during Oktoberfest. We would stay here again.

We like the sauna and our standard room set up.

the breakfast is very tasty would gladly stay again, as those family rooms are just perfect for our family with 2 kids

no parking slot available during our stay, so we had to search for a street parking slot, though it always was available just around the cornerthe breakfast is very tasty though expensive

Stayed here multiple times, nice hotel and easily accessible from the Autobahn at Munich outskirts.

Unfortunately, showing signs of aging and some decline in quality of rooms, showers.But will go back again / give one more try.

Large comfortable room, with kitchenette and fridge, and a sofa for relaxing after work. Good breakfast. Near sban station.

The cleanup wasn’t good. They just changed the bed sheets, but didn’t clean the rest. Used water glasses left in the kitchenette were not replaced, trash that I had was not taken, towels, just some were replaced. For the level of hotel, I was expecting more for the maintenance of the room.

Great location close to the S-Bahn. Nice area to walk around in Unterhaching.Breakfast is excellent, rooms are clean.

The rooms and surroundings were clean, and the staff were nice, friendly, and professional.

The door locks did not work from inside the rooms. The cleaners opened the doors several times when we needed privacy. The entrance is not secured, so anyone can walk in without checking.

I was there for 11 days. The place is located in a quiet place. Right next to the train, shops and bus stations. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is very good and nice. There is a varied meal at breakfast and you can ask the waiter for more special dishes. The rooms are large and there is parking for 16 euros. Especially convenient for families.

The idea of preserving the environment is really nice. I would like to pay attention to filling tea and coffee.

the hotel was very near to Sbahn, very convenient for us to travel around munich. it was near to the supermarket like Aldi, Lidl and edeka within walking distance. Very quite neighbourhood, good for family stay.

1. No photo of kitchen on Booking. So you cant see, what you will have or dont have. For example, you will not have hobe.2. Absolutely nothing from any tools for kitchen. No knifes, forks, plates, soap. Everything you need to go and ask on reception. They give you towel, sponge, knife (completely dull), cutting board. For 25 euro deposit. So in 4 star hotel I need to ask for everything, take it by myself to the room, pay deposit for set which cost really 5 euro maximum. Add this cost to the stay cost and put it in the room. Make a stay comfortable for guests.3. The bathroom needs major repairs:3.1. The toilet paper holder is broken.3.2. The shower is leaking.3.3. The toilet flush doesn’t turn off. To stop it, you have to press the flush button ten times; otherwise, the water keeps running nonstop.4. The pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. There is no proper blanket on the third bed.

A Peaceful and Immaculate Stay with Exceptional StaffI recently stayed at NH München Unterhaching hotel and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, providing a serene and peaceful environment that made my stay very relaxing. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and welcoming place to stay.
