The staff were all very friendly. The location was great-2 bus stops from the train station in a quiet area within walking distance to local dining. There's a little park just down the street I sat and watched some ducks. Very peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. So many choices and everything was delicious.

The only curtain was a sheer panel. I felt a little exposed and there was no way to block the light. Good thing I wasn't looking to sleep in. The mattress was more firm than I'm used to, but I was so tired after a busy day of activities that I still slept soundly. The pillow was awful. It was lumpy and flat. I used the decorative pillow to get a little support. I did not think to request a new or additional pillows.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. We had a parking slot right in front. The staff was friendly. The area around is nice and safe. There is an elevator available.

There is no mosquito net/screen at the windows. We tried to take some fresh air in the room and some mosquitoes got inside. There is also no minibar/mini fridge to keep some cold water over the night.

Its a nice hotel and staff are amazing. Everyone working at this hotel is so kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, its located in a residential area, so its quiet at night. Its located near a few supermarkets about 12mins walking.

Its not in the city center, so its best if you have a car when staying at this hotel.

If you are travelling through the romantic streets or coming from rustic villages, this property will bring you back to the city vibes. It is a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and attended to all our requests. The breakfast is also good (not a lot of choices, but okay to start your day). Overall a nice stay.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The value , when compared to other hotels in the area is very good. There are plenty of good restaurants and markets that are a max 5 min drive away.

Fantastic breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits. Very quick check-in and out processes.

We arrived in a cold December afternoon by public transportation (plane and then train). The hotel was closed during lunchtime and even though we called to ask for the favour of letting us check-in the answer was an aplogy. We had to wait two hours in the cold, as I said, we did not have a car. I understand they have their check-in times. However, even an Airbnb has someone available for these cases. A little flexibility is always welcome.

The location and the private parking.The rooms were spacious, unlike bathrooms.

Beds and pillows were more decorative than functional, and the wall placement felt like a booby trap for your head.The rooms were so cold, it felt like the heaters were there for moral support.Breakfast was an interesting experiment—staff seemed like they were learning on the job, food ran out faster than expected, and the coffee? Let’s just say it won’t win any awards.The food lacked flavor and seemed like it barely survived the cooking process.Watching cheap supermarket juice get refilled right in front of us was the cherry on top.

The room was faboulus and clean, as was the bathroom. The room was more spaceous, than I expected. I appreciated getting our own coffee at the table, instead of having to make our own at a machine.

Since I spent one night, in general I can say that the hotel meets expectations. As far as the contact with the staff was concerned, it was very nice. A vending machine is available, which includes small beers :)

This is specific to my room, for which I also reduced the rating, since it was in the attic, you can easily hit your head when you get up from the bed, because there is a roof ceiling. Could have liked some fish for breakfast, but overall it was good. I didn't find the wi-fi password in the materials available in the room, but that wasn't a problem for me.

Aprox 30-40 mins away from Munich center.

The location, but we knew that when we booked. And you can easily get by train to Marienplatz, so its not a huge inconvenience.

Really pleasant reception young man .Helpful and friendly . Nice small elevation to upper floors . Good secure bicycle storage in garage . Room clean , spacious with small patio . No A/C but we had a great fan . Close to several good restaurants . Breakfast was not spectacular but adequate .

Very little storage available in the room . Room dates and bed needs to be replaced .
