unprofessional appearing staff...sloppy, disinterested the charm of this hotel is now gone...new construction,"improvements" ,new management?

The proximity to the center of Berlin and the good connection with bus and train.

Parking, room was good size. Breakfast was good.

The hotel isn't that bad actually. Room was clean, breakfast was average. Location might be ok for Teltow. Reception guy was friendly, helped to change rooms, recommended taxi number upon our request.

Walls is likely very thin so you can hear every cough of your neighbor.

there is 2 receptionist in there let's say you wish the lady is there not the guy because he is not nice at all and he doesn't sound friendly sometimes I felt like he is aggressive,

It is very convenient with the automated check. I got the room card.. but forgot the room number, which only showed on the screenA printout with the room number would be helpful, though.The bathroom and room were very clean

The mattress was quite hard. It is relative nonetheless: while others may prefer this, my back ached because of the same.

Basically, a decent budget hotel.

The pillow was very uncomfortable. There was no hot water in my room, so I had to take a cold shower. In my colleague's room, everything was fine, and hot water was available. I initially thought it was a hotel-wide issue, but it turned out to be only in my room.

Staying there wasn’t comfortable.

I didn’t like the location very much and there was no AC in the room+ you couldn’t even open the window completely so it was very hot and uncomfortable to stay in the room. The strom was off at some point in the middle of the night and because of that I couldn’t charge my phone so I overslept and couldn’t catch my booked train at that day. I will never go there again. The property does not look like it was in the picture but at least the room was clean.

When I arrived it was almost unable to find a staff member. When I get into the room and wanted to use the toilette it wasn't cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock. It was unable to make the room dark and it was hot as a sauna. Even if the hotell claims they have a a/c The breakfast meny was poor, very ordinary. If you wish fruit forget it. Two apples and two pears was what existed.

The hotel is in the good location. It’s take just 1 minute to bus station. The hotel is clean and fresh. If next time I travel to this area again, I would definitely going to stay at this hotel.

Parking and the check out was comfortable.

In the whole building there's an awfully strong cigarette stink. The room wasn't that nice as on the pictures. The bathroom was too small. The room had windows that were leaking heat and letting cold air in (old windows with bad closing). In the room there's no water cattle, that would have been nice...

Fabulous hotel. Check in by yourself if there is nobody on reception, an awesome system!Was very clean, warm and easy to find an address.

everything was very clean and accessible. staff was polite and helpful

nothing much near the location. I visited during a heat wave and no AC I. the rooms, but that’s a European thing not a HotelTow thing.

Betrayd Hôtel

I payed 400 euro for my hollydays and than they gave my room for another one !!

The room was very nice with two toilets and shower, very practical! Also very clean.

Location, too far from city center, one hour at least by bus + train / metro

Location was questionable. Very basic, Served it's purpose to rest my head, but more a motel, less a hotel.

Getting there later after check in though I called and advised them. That would have been the time to say their front desk is closed and unattended and instruct how to be able to enter the locked premises. At midnight standing alone in a strange place I'm fumbling through my suitcase for my cc to pay the full cost for a room that I couldn't even enter in a machine on the wall to.obtain a room key to swipe to gain entrance. Did I miss this memo of what to do if checking in later?? I felt very unsafe in the moment as I and my valuables felt very vulnerable as a female alone after midnight literally on the street.Also get rid of those sorry excuse of a "pillow", more a sack of stuffing.

the wonan that served the breakfast was very nice

it wasnt like the pictures i saw , no room service , we stayed 3 days and they never cleaned the room , reception was always closed
